Previously most of my purchases (for my micro sized filmmaking business) was done online. Reading reviews, watching videos etc. Yesterday however I had an opportunity to visit in store to purchase the Atomos Shogun 7 Pro kit. I was absolutely astonished by the quality service I received from Andy (in person) and John (over the phone). Not only did I get a good price on the recorder, Andy meticulously set it up for optimum settings to use with my FS5, his knowledge is staggering. Looking forward to finding another excuse to buy more kit from them!

John was able to source one of the new Blackmagic streaming mixers which my contracted supplier only had on back order, he's done this a couple of times for me on other Blackmagic products and has always come through for me whenever I've needed something quickly.

H Preston and John Preston have been absolutely fantastic. Due to a longer lead time on our preferred camcorder, which is intended as a gift, John provided a camcorder on loan until ours arrives so that my son still received a gift. A very happy young man (and therefore parents too!). This was a very thoughtful gesture which we are very grateful for. A positive experience of a small family business, that we would recommend. I ordered a blackmagic cinema camera 4k and it lasted 5 weeks to arrived. In this time I had a great communication with the seller (John) and the product was just as explained. I didn't give them 5 stars because they need to improve the sistem with tracking number. If I will need something from them on the future, I will definetly buy it! Many thanks!

Avoid at all costs. I would give minus stars if I could. They will sell you something that is out of stock as if it were in stock. Then they will lie to you about how fast your item is going to be shipped. Then they will completely ignore you when you ask to cancel your order (twice). The cancellation process is not automated and my emails asking them to cancel were completely ignored. My order was shipped 5 weeks after I placed it and now I have no use for the item because it was so late. I am not even going to bother communicating more with this "company" to try and get my refund because it's just not worth my time. Disgusting service.

Needed a lens set for a shoot in two days. John did everything to make sure I had them. Went over and above. Thanks very much! Really happy. Will be back soon!
