I purchased an item in early June which was unfortunately out of stock. I wasn't in a rush to receive it so elected to wait. The problem was initially explained clearly, but ongoing communication with updates was irregular and not especially reassuring. In early October, I decided it was time to give up and requested a refund. The following three weeks communication continued to be irregular and not reassuring at all. In late October the item came into stock, was shipped to me on a Friday and arrived on a Sunday. Received my goods, at a good price, but would appreciate more regular updates if I end up in a similar situation when trading with this supplier again in future.

I've dealt with Prestons before when I purchased my last 2nd hand Video Camera and I must say that they have helped me so much to get this unit sorted out this time. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond to give me the best camera that I was looking for and also the price. Even Though this was all taking place during the lockdown period that we have recently been through they helped me with all the advice that i needed and it was never a problem for me to contact them to see how things were going during this. H Prestons go above and beyond to help out with every little detail and they couldn't do enough to help, Prestons in my opinion have earned a 20 out of 10 if I could award such a score to them

Bought an Atom Ninja v recently but was let down on delivery by their courier. On ringing John at HPreston and advising him of my situation where I needed it urgently, John managed to sort one for me on the next day which was a Saturday. The battery pack which was a freebie was also received on time. Many thanks John for sorting during these difficult times.
