Great fast and friendly service

After being messed around for 6 weeks by another company, we decided to try this company instead and bought a smart mirror bathroom TV. John was extremely helpful and replies straight away to emails, even late in the evening, and gave tracking details so we could see where our item was. It came from Hong Kong & took 12 days and I was worried it would be smashed to pieces on arrival but I needn’t have worried - it arrived in a huge bespoke wooden case, packed incredibly well, and works perfectly. Very very helpful advice and support as we decided what kit to purchase for our live streaming. They even changed our order after a new Atem switcher was released which would be more suitable for our requirements. Andy came and assisted with set up and basic training.
