I purchased an amazing PC from Novatech that exceeded my expectations. However, after four months, a CPU issue required a repair. Unfortunately, during return transit, the PC case was damaged, and the graphics card was bent inside the case and didn't boot. Novatech’s technicians worked their magic and got it looking a lot better, but upon return, the computer never performed as it once did and I had countless errors and crashes. Over several returns, multiple technicians investigated the issue but couldn’t replicate the errors I experienced. Despite this, Novatech went above and beyond, even offering to rebuild the system. When component shortages made this impossible, they provided a full refund after nearly a year of troubleshooting. Although I faced months of frustration, their dedication to customer service was outstanding. They genuinely tried to resolve the issue, and I appreciate their effort. A truly decent company that cares about its customers.

I was tended to promptly by a person who understood the problem; he suggested a solution that was practical and affordable, although the issue was not particularly complicated - purchase of a wireless mouse.
