Got my PC back fixed but it took a long time (3 weeks) for something simple and I had to chase for updates. This was partly due to them still using the incorrect contact details even after I told them the correct ones 3 times! If it happened again I'd go elsewhere purely because I need my PC for work and there was no 'urgency' their end. For everything else they are a great bunch of guys with a fantastic knowledge and I'd always buy any new hardware from them.
