Horrible company and customer…

Horrible company and customer service!!!! It is unfortunate that a company supplying scrubs to the healthcare community can treat their customers so poorly. I ordered a pair of new balance shoes for an event and ordered the correct size and was sent a whole size larger than what I ordered. When I callled customer service to have them send me the correct size by the timeframe that I needed it they were not willing to send me the correct size by that day. It was their mistake and they did not stand by their product or do anything to compensate me for their mistake. I will no longer support a company that does not care about their customers.

Awful customer service

Warning ‼️ I placed an order a week ago for embroidered scrubs. My name is too long so I placed the order with incomplete version of my name and immediately emailed customer services to make the slight amendment. I also tried reaching out on instagram, twitter, text message and phone call. No one is replying. Horrendous customer service

Scrubs OK, Customer Service AWFUL

Scrub top itself is exactly what I was looking for and delivery was okay. HOWEVER, their customer service is an atrocity. Over a week with unanswered emails. How can a company catering to professionals be so unprofessional?! I am disappointed that their customer service has ruined it for me. I ordered embroidery, paid for it and got nothing on the top. I wouldn’t even mind if someone just replied to my emails? Now I’m money down and nobody will reply.

Would not order again

5 days with no tracking update. When chased was told they have sent another order without saying what happened to my original order. New order still hasn’t shipped and not holding out much hope I’ll ever get them. For premium prices scrubs the service and shipping is far from premium

Worst experience ever!!!

Worst experience ever!!! Usually I love those scrubs. The quality is good and the are cofortable. But this time shopping was the worst. I am never ordering from them again. My order was suppose to arrive weeks ago and never came why I tried to contact them they told me to check with the shipping compagny.. sorry but not suppose to be part of my work when i ordered from YOUR site.. Never got them by the way 450$$ down the drain... never recommande them

Poor customer service, orders never arrive, someone else’s order!!

I placed an order and was excited when the scrubs were on the way. On arrival, it was clear that I had been sent the wrong order. I tried to email the customer service team to ask what they would like me to do with the wrong items and to have my original order shipped at the earliest convenience however received no response! I returned the items in the end through the figs website and had a refund for the scrubs. I ordered again, however this time the scrubs never arrived! A month later since the original order and still no scrubs! I have emailed for a new order to be sent out since the scrubs are lovely quality when they actually arrive! Terrible experience so far.

Horrible for plus size

Horrible for plus size. I usually wear a size 1x-2x in bottoms and tops. The 2x was too small and I sized up to 3x and they were still too small. I have no problem wearing higher sizes but it is not accurate sizing. They do not represent plus size community well. Very disappointing, Do better FIGS!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. A member of my family purchased a $250 gift card for me that never arrived. I tried several times to call them but no one ever answered. I also sent a Email and have not heard back from anyone yet.

Orders are always late

Orders are always late. This time I paid for expedited shipping same thing. At least they refunded the shipping cost. Shipping tracking has never worked and your order gets stuck for days somewhere constantly. I think this was the last time I order from them there is always an issue when it comes to their shipping. Got refund today and it's still not being delivered for another week apparently.

Horrible shipping and costumer response

I have bought more than 7 pairs of figs fo me and mu husband, good not great fit but waht used to be a good costumer service has turned into a horrible shipping ordeal. They have changed shipping partners and it is a nightmare, paid orders get stuck in transit, 6 days it takes costumer service to reply to an email and they offer “ Re send order or refund” by this time items may not be available!!!!!!
