Horrible customer service

I accidentally ordered the incorrect color and went through the exchange process on their website. The order number shows they received the item I shipped back, however, I never received the exchanged scrub top or a refund almost six weeks later or even an email acknowledging they shipped the new item out. No one answers the phone when you call or responds to text which they advertise capability for. They have also not responded to my emails. I guess I'm out the money for an overpriced scrub top. Horrible customer service and this will be the last purchase I will make from them.

One month still undelivered - Told me item out of stock after my parcel was shown to be in transit for 13 days. Deceiving tactics. Never buying again, will be seeking full refund.

I made an order on 5th July. 20 days later, I contacted customer service to enquire about my parcel and inform that my parcel has been in transit for nearly 2 weeks. They told me that one of the scrub bottom I ordered is not in stock. I asked them how would it affect me if it’s not in stock today, coz my parcel left warehouse 18 days ago. Later, they got back to me saying my parcel has cleared customs. That was 5 days ago, still hasn’t been delivered. DO NOT BUY FROM FIGS unless you wanna sit around waiting for a month only to be told the stuff you ordered is out of stock and ask you to choose any other scrub in replacement. I will be making a complaint to fair trade.

LYING customer service team. Avoid at all costs:

If I could give FIGS less than 1 star I would. The customer service team is beyond disappointing. I ordered over $300 worth of items and was expecting them within 5-9 days, yet my tracking still showed as not even being dispatched over 10 days later. When queried, I was LIED to by TWO customer service agents (Cristobal & Said) who told me that my order had left the warehouse and had been handed over to DHL. I then spoke to another customer service agent who confirmed that the order had in fact NOT left the warehouse. She was able to cancel my order right there and then. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone based purely on their terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Scammed me on gift card purchase

Rated as poor, and poor is right. My mom purchased a gift card for my significant other who recently finished school and begins working as a nurse this week. She received the order confirmation but never got the gift card until she contacted customer service SEVERAL times with no reply and then spent countless hours on and off hold with customer service. Each time the rep would say "don't worry" "we've got you" "we'll resend it right away. Then she would have to call back AGAIN the next day to say it was not sent. Finally we received the gift card code WEEKS LATER. BUT IT GETS EVEN BETTER - I attempted to use the gift card and got an error message that gift card is NO LONGER AVAILABLE. WHAT?!?  For how highly regarded Figs' scrubs are, our frontline workers deserve better service. All we were wanting was high quality, comfortable scrubs to feel confident starting his job in, but unfortunately, we are unlikely to purchase Figs again in the future due to this issue and the horrible, HORRIBLE service we have received.

Warning

I placed an order on the 11th of july and it was supposed to be delivered within a week. Unfortunately, it hasn’t arrived yet, and despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I haven’t received any response. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I’ve noticed that this company is known for not addressing their customers' concerns, continuing to post on social media without clarifying anything or providing updates about ongoing issues. I strongly advise others to think twice before making a big purchase from this company, as there’s a real risk that your order might not arrive, and you could be left without any support or communication. I hope this serves as a warning to potential buyers. (especially for those ordering outside the US)

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service, very prompt and I am so impressed with how they glhsvdejed an issue I had with a show I bought, sent a replacement, no need to return you can donate, just really so easy to purchase from!!! Will be a shopper again and again. And extremely comfortable shoes .

**Negative Review for FIGS:** My experience with FIGS has been nothing short of a nightmare. I placed an order in early June for scrub tops and bottoms essential for my classes as a dental student. However, the ordeal began when I was informed that my package had disappeared/been lost in transit. After reaching out to customer service for assistance, I was told they no longer had the items (Rafaela scrub top) I originally ordered in stock. They offered to send me the bottoms and assured me the scrub top would arrive in two days. Predictably, those two days turned into a week of radio silence. When I managed to finally get through to someone, their explanation for the delay was utterly dismissive. They casually mentioned that my package was indeed delayed for a month—yes, a whole month—without any attempt to offer a satisfactory resolution or even an apology. It’s now nearing August, and I’m still without the complete order I desperately need. The lack of professionalism and empathy from FIGS is staggering. They failed to keep me informed, provide any reassurance, or expedite my order despite the extensive delay. To add insult to injury, when I inquired about possibly ordering another item, if this order was lost again, I was told I couldn’t order it because it cost $6 more than my original purchase. Really? They expect me to prioritize a meager $6 over a month of frustration, uncertainty, and inconvenience caused by their incompetence? In conclusion, I strongly advise against patronizing FIGS. Their customer service is abysmal, and they clearly prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your scrub needs.

The worst

I ordered 2 pairs of scrubs from them. Neither of them fit, so naturally I wanted to return them, I try to demand the return online and it's not accepted, I write them an email and nobody answers. So I'm stuck with 2 oversized scrubs and I wished I read the reviews here before ordering them. 🥺

Not willing to meet universtiy requirement

Though their apparel might be good quality and preferred brand among medical personnel, it became so difficult to work with them from organizational stand point, so we will have to look for another company to order from.

Horrible late horrible horrible

Horrible horrible horrible. "Franky" was horrible no help. Paid 2 day shipping, a week later they have no idea why delayed offered to send replacement in another week no compensation horrible customer service offered call back 2 hours too to speak to supervisor.
