Ever since they changed their fabric

Ever since they changed their fabric, they have been horrible. I will no longer be buying their scrubs. I tried to ask to exchange a pair of my scrubs and because it was a limited color they told me I couldnt and wanted me to pay for a new pair and only gave me free shipping, instead of sending me the scrubs.

Don't buy anything from here! This company just scams people. They are quick to take a payment but never send you what you buy. There's no customer service here.

Inconsistency of the sizing is…

Inconsistency of the sizing is terrible. I order the small sizes and one pair can be way to tight or way to loose. Both in joggers and tops. I couldn’t email them. Had to do a live chat which she said she would tell the makers. Ughhh. Way to expensive to be returning for different sizes all the time.

I washed a teal top and the back become…

I washed a teal top and the back become all white. Low quality fabric. I contacted customer service and I was told is because of the detergent I used. I used Tide liquid. They can't replace the top. Awful experience. Low quality product!

For scrubs that are overly priced

For scrubs that are overly priced, the least they can do is spend money on customer service. They have absolutely zero customer service. You emai to the world of the unknown and get a generic reply. I order my scrubs on 12/13 and to this day I still have not gotten it or have gotten any update on it. I asked for a refund but who knows when I will get a reply on my email.

No news on my scrubs, ordered on 1/1/23 (today is 27) Will I ever receive it? Will I ever get a refund? Who knows. They’re very expensive too

Long story short- DONT BUY FIGS

Long story short, I placed an Order first part of December, order was confirmed a few days later, and then NEVER SHIPPED. I emailed several times, with no response just to finally have someone A MONTH LATER say it would ship out (and I would receive it in 10 days). I will never order from them again- not even an apology or anything. I have screen shots, but order placed Dec 3rd, confirmed the 7th, and then finally Jan 13th, said I’d have them by Jan 23rd. Ridiculous

This is the worse company

This is the worse company. Don't buy from this piece of crap. My order got lost and I've never receive my scrubs. Wrote them an email, never heard back, never got a refund and never got my scrubs. I'm sorry for the bad words but screw Figs. Worse company ever!!!!! Never ever going with them anymore!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered two sets on 12/31/22

I ordered two sets on 12/31/22. and Im trying to return both of them (I decided to return them10 min after I received). They didn’t respond to my email nor a phone message(I had to search the number, it doesn’t have a customer service number on the receipt). when I placed my order, web site didn’t indicate that one of my scrub top wasn’t returnable, yet pants in same color is. I say it’s website error. so I am stuck with one top. they say “world class human experience” yet so far it’s been nothing but frustration.
