TERRIBLE customer service

I bought scrubs and shoes. The shoes weren’t delivered and there is essentially no way to get ahold of the company. The email/text recommendation doesn’t respond. I intend to file fraud with my credit card company given there is no way to deal with this terrible company.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH MISSING DELIVERIES!

THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY, THIS IS REGARDING MY ORDERs14068341 returned and no info on refunds or if it will be resent, NOTHING!!!, ORDER #14010943 11/27/22 is still missing as returned to sender which is FIGS!, and order13973884 from 11/26/22... Great scrubs but BAD customer service and delivery process, They put partial addresses on the labels causing shipping delays on my orders. I ordered 4 separate orders from FIGS LAST ORDER 11/29 14068341 still outstanding as I type due to no street on the package, (they only put Studio City CA apt 3 like wow what is the street for the USPS to properly deliver. Then 2 of my orders, they put APT 2 3,,,(we have 12 apts in out complex) Still no reply about my outstanding order, bad deliveries, and shipping errors on FIGS PART, so whoever enters the shipping info needs to be fired!!!! WORST ORDERING EXPERIENCE EVER, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

Very disappointing

Very disappointing. Color fades after first wash despite following washing instructions. Not worth the price. Never buy again.

Disappointing customer service and do not take responsibility for their own product

I have used figs scrubs for years and never had an issue. The most recent pair I bought was cheaply made and the drawstring broke in half after only a couple months. When I emailed about the issue I got the run around for two months, where they repeatedly told me to send the same information over and over wasting everyones time. When I finally was able to get a real response they told me there was nothing they could do about the issue because the order was "too old". When I asked if the order would have been "too old" at the beginning when I emailed them the first time, they changed their tune and said in this case they actually would not have been able to replace the item and did not give any further explanation as to why. They then gave me a 15% discount code for a new pair, and at the time they were having 30% discounts for the whole site for black Friday. The poor customer service and lack of responsibility for their items has made me reconsider buying figs scrubs in the future.

Terrible company, customer service, and delivery

Terrible company, customer service, and delivery. Ordered during Nov 23rd, the delivery guy (Fedex) sent the package to a different location and signed by someone else. The customer service did not respond to any of my concerns. In fact, they have been ignoring my emails, calls, and private message on instagram. I lost my money and my package. Screw this company.

Horrible customer service never buy someone a giftcard for FIGS

Horrible customer service and at the same time get absolutely bombarded with their awful advertising. Have been trying to use a gift card someone bought for me for a while now but their buggy website doesn't even let me so thats $75 wasted. Definitely would've given up on this ages ago if it weren't for the gift card.

I own 5 sets and my last black set is…

I own 5 sets and my last black set is cheap made the top tore open where my sleeve goes into and the Zamora joggers tore on the side of my leg line. Contacted them ask about warranty for factory defects the apologized, but said practically NO WARRANTY AT ALL even tho this ws factory defect im screw I paid so much for my M Rafaela top and Zamora joggers and I can’t wear them anymore. I only got to use them for 2 months won’t be ordering from them never again.

Scrubs are overpriced and I got little balls coming up on some of them.... Some seem to be softer than others and sometimes have a different fit on same size. The jackets have a very high collar on almost all of them and its very uncomfortable and I cant imagine why they made them this way.... my coworkers and I all hate them. Also none of the jackets offer the thumb hole in the wrist area of the jackets which is very nice! I do Love all their colors though and the jackets are cute!

Awful customer service and delivery.

Awful customer service and delivery. I waited two months and my scrubs never arrived, sent multiple emails to finally get a refund. No offer of any compensation and my order was no longer avaialble to be re-sent.

The quality of these scrubs varies

The quality of these scrubs varies. The 1st time I ordered 3 pair of scrubs. I was EXTREMELY satisified. They were soft, comfortable, and indeed breathable. Haven't lost their softness via washing. So I made a 2nd order, 5 additional pair of scrubs and 2 jackets. EXTREMELY displeased with this order. They have no strecth, they are NOT comfortable nor soft. The material feels like cardboard against your skin. In least than 2 months time. The pants have lint balls over the front pockets and have not gotten any soften between washes. Due to the discrepancy in my orders. I reviewed and compared the materials. What I dsicovered was my 1st order was male scrubs, my second order was female scrubs and the material is different. I guess from FIGS viewpoint, females don't deserve to be as comfortable as males while working.
