Honestly I don’t get the hype

Honestly, I don’t understand what all the hype is about. I ordered a few pairs of scrubs and was completely unimpressed. The material is somewhat ok but not at all what I was expecting for the cost. The fit was just blah compared to other brands I have tried. I’m returning my order and plan on sticking with my Jaanuu and Carhartt scrubs

I have been buying figs since 2019

I have been buying figs since 2019. I have 30 pairs of scrubs 7 sweaters 10 bags. My last order I got from figs I waited and wore in Christmas. But unfortunately when I wash two days later the colo or the scrub top got faded. When email send to figs Tabrisha is ask me what kind of laundry soap and what kind of washer and temperature I am using. Seems like Tabrishais not trying to slove the problem but making is looks bit crazy. Just a favor I am a grown up person and been in Healthcare for pass 13 years. So just a favor please Tabrisha be professional and be to the point can I get help or no. Just say it. I promise I will never oder from figs as per you childish behavior. Thank you Tabrisha.

I would have given this company a zero…

I would have given this company a zero but there is no zero. No customer service. I left VMs, wrote emails, and texted the number they provided, I have never gotten a response yet, and my concern is time sensitive. I already paid and no one is not getting back to me. Never again. I feel scammed right now until they get back to me.

Non existent customer service. 5 business days for an email reply and no one you can call. No exchanges for UK customers = no initial discount as you have to buy it again at full price. All this while paying top dollar.

One of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. my first time purchasing any product from them. I sent countless email inducted the that my address was accidentally typed wrong. They disregarded all my emails that shipped the product and after doing that they sent me an email indicating they have already shipped the product and they can't do anything they shipped it already. They advised me to track the product. thanks for your sh*** service figs. You shouldn’t be in business at all. In my defence it was typo. I contacted you through email other social media and still the same before it was shipped. You don’t even deserve a one-star u are zero for customer service. If you are thinking of purchasing from figs think twice people if you need help with customer service you are on your own. Don't take that k risk their scrubs are very expensive and you will be burning ur money the way I did so.

Save your money/ time not worth the hype

Awful.I spent 300$ on the “best scrubs” and couldn’t be more disappointed. The material is nice, but the sizing is inconsistent. You will get a large fit in a size medium in one color, and a small fit in a size medium in the next. Not to mention, I ordered 2 sets and was sent 3 tops and 1 pair of joggers. Can’t start an exchange. Can’t get ahold of the customer service via email or phone. I wouldn’t ever buy these again.

The customer service is non existent…

The customer service is non existent thus far, they haven't answered my emails and the phone number only goes to voicemail. I ordered the new 22 pocket pants and a embroidery shirt but I have been reaching out to see why my order is still processing since 12/15/22 and today is 1/03/23. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt because of the holidays but wow. Good luck.

My hubby bought me a gift card from figs, wrapped very well and so excited to by new scrubs. To my surprise, the card was invalid… wired. That’s not even the issue. Getting in touch with customer service is so horrible, you write a comment they don’t even have the audacity to get back to you after the stated time. I love the scrubs but customer service is important and that will definitely destroy a business. It’s health care you are dealing with and we all know, things change. Anyways, you guys can keep the money… it’s not the end of the world. Just know FIGS scrubs destroyed my Christmas.

figs are over rated

figs are over rated, over priced and definitely not true to size. Not a comfortable fit at all. Very disappointed in such a high rated item. Never purchase figs again. It doesn’t deserve one star.

Did they change the fabric on the…

Did they change the fabric on the figs??? The fabric is very poor compared to last year when I purchased scrub pants. The pants “pill up”and are uneven. I bought a 38$ under scrub top, it faded on the first wash and the fabric is thin and the seams are crooked. Terrible scrubs. No more.
