Not great if you actually want to wear them to work

So I recently replaced most of my old looking scrubs with some FIGS (unlike police, fire, Tim Hortons, Sobeys, etc. nurses and other hospital personnel have to buy their own uniforms as well as pay to park at work) they make a ceil blue which is a perfect match to the NHS mandated colour for nurses. Great. I ordered a few, loved the fit and ordered a few more pairs. Treat yo self - except learn from me and do not. First day out with a ceil blue shirt I got hit with some blood splatter. It’s part of the job. We have some protective aprons and visors - it’s not unexpected. It caught my uniform and the go-to that every nurse and every hemodialysis patient knows is hydrogen peroxide. NBD. Except with FIGs it pulls the colour out too and fully left a bleached out looking stain. Alright. I bought a few pairs. I can live with this. A few shifts later I reached around a chair to grab an IV pump. Turns out the chair was recently bleach wiped. Gah. Huge bleach brush down the front of my scrubs. We are all aware of what bleach does but most uniforms have bleach resistance built in. They can handle some second hand bleach. Not FIGs. I googled to see if they had bleach resistant scrubs in their line and saw some comments in their reviews where they replied to several people having the same complaint saying contact them and they will make it right. Great! Maybe they will offer me a replacement scrub or a discount for a replacement since my entire job is blood and bleach and peroxide and as a company that built its entire brand off our (literal) backs they are going to want to ensure that our uniforms work in the environment in which we work. They are great instagram scrubs and are perfect if you work at a desk job (where any cleaning happens after you clock out at 4). Not great for floor nurses, nursing students, PSWs, HCA, or Resource staff. FIGs. Excellent at marketing, less great at making functional scrubs.

Great Customer Service and Return…

Great Customer Service and Return policy! Bought 2 sets of their scrubs but the fit were not right and I decided to return them. Their online return portal was very easy to navigate and I received refund the very next day after I dropped off the package to Fedex. It was a smooth and easy transaction! Only wish that FIGS will make it easier for customer to choose the right cut/length/fit of their products. I still cannot tell the differences between their many scrub tops, and between their numerous numbers of pants.

I probably won’t buy again

I loved the thought of Figs before I actually purchased some. They LOOK nice but they aren’t actually very comfortable. The elastic waistband isn’t very elastic and it is actually very uncomfortable to wear the pants because of it. The material that these products are made out of is not very comfortable in general, it’s not very stretchy either. All in all I feel like these scrubs are just a fad. It’s also a red flag that there is no option on their website to leave a review….

Poor customer service and inconsistent…

Poor customer service and inconsistent sizing. They charged me in US when I clearly choose the Canadian dollar option and then charged me a conversion fee! That’s a big no thanks from me!!

Sizing is inconsistent

Sizing is inconsistent. I had a V neck top size in Fuschia and matching joggers. I accidentally ruined the top. They were sold out of the v neck so I ordered the other top that was matching in a medium. It’s super tight so now I have to return it and get a large. This has happened multiple times in the past even when ordering the exact same style!

Don’t risk ordering

Absolutely do not order, don’t risk it unless you’re 100% sure of your order. I returned a few products in early January and have had no refund and have been completely ignored by Figs, no replies at all apart from automated messages saying they haven’t heard from me after I reply multiple times. Now I have no product and I’m out a lot of money too. 100% the worst experience with a company I’ve ever had.

They have very poor customer service.I have contacted them numerous times regarding my scrub size . I received various emails however no one will follow back and solve the problem.I agree with the other reviewers their customer service is poor to say the least . I feel that a company which has poor service even if the product is good doesn’t last long . I will never be buying from them and will also recommend my dental colleagues never to buy from them .

Poor customer service and always sold out. I have been stalking the website waiting for their surgical green to be released with the Figs 10. The literal moment they were released I ordered 3 pants. Over a week later they contact me to tell me they are sold out of the item. I can’t wear any other color to work. I am so disappointed in their customer service! How does it take you a week to figure out you are sold out? I am done with them, don’t waste your time or money. They also don’t bother making cute colors for larger women, which is also offensive.
