Got them from my travel co. for nurse appreciation. Would not,personally order these. Too hot from what material mine where made out of just assumed they where cotton. Not true to size at all. My company did the same thing the next year and gave us scrubs from Figs. Never received them though I gave Figs the correct address. When I was trying to find out where they where, The statement was and I quote “we don’t send to a different address” I said “what!… we are travel nurses….we travel”! I mean it was a year earlier when I got the others. So I called the old address which was a hotel, Marriot they never received them either. Horrible customer service. And of course I let my travel company know as well. NO MORE FIGS!

Honestly, I've been a nurse for 14 years. I am a size small. I have a pair of figs that was gifted to me in size small. Not sure what the hype is all about.... in my honest opinion, these are some sort of fad. I would never pay $70 for a pair of these. Don't waste your money, they aren't that great

Bought Citrine color scrubs. My dental team matches scrubs daily. We needed to exchange some for different sizes and they are all sold out. So now we are stuck with scrubs that don’t fit and only half of my office has them so now they are a complete waste! Not the best quality for the price!

I’ve been waiting over a month for my order. Customer service just tell me to keep waiting. Absolutely rubbish

They are seriously the best most comfortable scrubs. But I had something get all over my pink scrubs no idea what it was. I reached out to FIGS to see what they recommended using to get the spots out. They ended up sending me a whole new set 🥰

NEVER buy "limited edition colors." Bought 2 sets, had to exchange pants so sent back for new size. Correct ones sold out. Color never came back. 2 years later, still no more and NO REFUND or EXCHANGE after 2 months. CRAP Service!! No worries though, our whole office will never buy another set... I have tried 3 times for them to make it right. Will not...

I purchased some items during a sale to see how they would fit/look. Free returns we’re advertised so I figured I had nothing to lose. After the purchase, when attempting to return, I was told two of the items were “final sale” which I had not noticed when purchasing. These items also happened to be lesser quality than the other items. The company would not issue a refund.

Ordered almost a month ago, haven't received any product, customer service promised a replacement but unable to provide same orders since they don't have it available. No product received until now, felt like I was robbed by this purchase.

For being so damn expensive, their shipping is super slow. Always takes a week plus.
