Poor experience

They offer free return with dhl, no dhl was in my town, returned them myself and paid 50$ shipping and they didn't pay shipping and i understood from the email that they will pay for it, jannuu offer better customer service and product quality.

Ordered under a 3-5 business day…

Ordered under a 3-5 business day delivery and did not receive any on the time frame. Had to email them after 2 weeks and asked for a refund. One costumer service agent told me it was lost in transit so i asked for a full refund. They quickly send my order instead of giving a full refund 😆.

Poor returns / exchange policy

Poor returns / exchange policy. Ordering from UK - cannot exchange an item which was not true to size. I ordered size L scrubs as these fit the measurements provided by figs, but the scrubs were too big. When I messaged to try and exchange them, they said there is no exchange policy and I had to return and re-order. Cost of return is £16 and then no guarantees that the next pair of scrubs fit. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNTIL RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY IS UPDATED

Lost Items, Zero Customer service

I'm in Canada so not far in terms of shipping. The team cancelled my order and re-placed it, i did not receive any shipping information after this. I have been reaching out to customer service for over a month and have not received a response.. their commitment is '48-hours'. Not impressed, don't waste your money only to get caught in a customer service trap

I ordered FIGS from Sydney. I Paid AU157 for a pair of scrubs. It's more than a month now and I haven't received my order. No tracking number was provided. Nothing at all.

Awful return policy

There is NOTHING on my receipt that says I cannot return an item! The socks I bought were definitely too tight & I tried to return them after trying them on! Had I known that these $25 compression socks were NOT returnable I NEVER WOULD HAVE BOUGHT them! Beware buyers!!!! Watch what you are clicking on! So much for their wonderful return policy!

FIGS - complete FAIL

Shipping has been a complete Cluster. After nearly 2 weeks, of no status updates on the tracking # provided….. I began emailing FIGS customer service…. (Which takes 24-48 hour response time 🤦‍♂️) only to be told to check with the DHL tracking #! Finally on DAY 18 since my order date, DHL confirmed FIGS hadn’t shipped my order!!!! DHL confirmed FIGS had created a DHL waybill, but had never released my shipment to DHL!!! I responded to FIGS with a screen shot of my chat with DHL. now I sit and wait to hear back from FIGS CLEARLY A POORLY RUN AND MANAGED SUPPLY CHAIN!!!! Very disappointing!!!!
