This Company Just Plays Games

Very good quality scrubs, but that's where the good ends. They always play games with their inventory of special colors. They always don't have much available when they go on sale. Their customer service is also HORRIBLE! They embroidered my tops wrong. Initially they told me I didn't have to return them, and they would send me new ones with correct embroidery. Then they realized they were out of the color I ordered (SHOCKER! *sarcasm*), so said I would have to send the ones I ordered back to fix them. I needed the scrubs immediately during COVID-19 times, but they seemed to have no care about this. They said they could just give me a store credit, but then the credit didn't even cover the cost of embroidery or taxes. LAME! I said let me keep the wrongly embroidered ones and either give me a full credit or send me embroidered ones in another color (which was equivalent to what they initially offered). They refused. Just tired of the games this company plays ... BYE!

They have no inventory control

They have no inventory control. I exchanged emails 4 times changing styles to keep the color of scrubs that I wanted. Basically saying if it’s in my color and size send it. They agreed saying they would do that for me, and the 4 days later they told me they had no scrubs in my preferred color and size. The people must be using a pen and paper system to track inventory, outrageous. These are thought to be the best and premium scrubs in the industry and they are losing money and customers with there inadequate service.

awful fit can not get a hold of anybody for exchange, I wish I had seen this blog before buying this overpriced piece of plastic

They never have any sizes for pants. Why even take time and advertise themselves if there is never anything available? NO pants at all in this sizes s, xs, xxs. Stop sending me your junk mail every day if you don't have any uniforms to sell.

I love my figs

I love my figs! I'm on the smaller size so I can understand about the sizing being off but I've exchanged sets without a problem . Customer service representatives were professional through email conversations and I haven't had a problem . I recommend Figs to all my coworkers and they have also had no complaints. I'll continue buying them!

The best scrubs EVER!

The best scrubs EVER! Super soft, fit is amazing, and they release new colors and styles all the time. They also have impeccable customer service. I love FIGS for their amazing scrubs and all that they do to support the medical community. 💙

Awful service

Package was delivered late! Customer service is horrible I’ve emailed, texted and left messages! I finally got a response after 3 days! Oh and all my calls were sent to voicemail! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL AND SO IS DELIVERY...... AWFUL‼️

Super disappointed in customer service…

Super disappointed in customer service ! although it appears to be a well made product I was disappointed that they could not be worn and the company refused to exchange for different size . It was bought as a graduation gift so by the time our daughter received it it was beyond the return date .Our family is very involved with a local hospital and I would never recommend this brand because they wouldn't even offer a discount or even an exchange for more . I can't support a company that has poor customer service . I called and explained and got " sorry it's after 60 days "

Not made for "average" people

This company clearly has no one working there that is above a size M. They should seriously just not even sell any size above that because they fit terribly.

Terrible company... buy your scrubs some where else

I received a pair of FIGS for Christmas from my husband. I didn’t like the color so I did a quick exchange on 12/27 when the new teal color came out. It’s now January 7th and I haven’t received my new exchanged scrubs. So I inquired about where they were and was informed they sold out!! Wait! What!? How can you sell out of something I purchased already!? Customer service is horrible! They acted like it wasn’t a big deal and never tried to make it right. When were they going to tell me they were never going to send me new scrubs and just keep my money!? Unbelievable! I was a huge FIGS fan but this has completely changed how I feel about this company. I work for one of the largest hospitals in the country Stanford you can bet I will make sure the staff at the hospital know what kind of company FIGS is.
