Before starting my own business of permanent makeup studio I was in the dental field for 17 years so I wore a lot of scrubs in my lifetime. I like the feel of Figs Scrubs, the size are fine so I ordered and bought all of my girls at the studio and my assistants to wear Figs, I would even recommend it to all my colleagues and students even though I know that their pricing is pretty up there. What I am not happy about is their customer service and the material of their scrubs. They tell you to send them an email to get help but their response is not near to want to give help. Their website says “FIGS proprietary fabric technology is made from the finest materials and core-spun for MAXIMUM DURABILITY TO WITHSTAND THE DEMANDS OF YOUR DAY without sacrificing comfort.” And they also claimed that they “created the highest standards.” Well...from what I’ve experienced, I am sad to say that they weren’t able to execute what they claim in regards to their products. These scrubs get easily stained, you have to be careful not to get any food on your scrubs or any pigment, oil etc...because they will not come off. In my opinion, there’s no difference on wearing your dry clean only clothes or regular clothes to work that you’re worry about getting anything on it because it is the same thing with Figs scrubs. I’ve contacted their customer service and they advised me to wash the stain with dish soap, I followed the direction & guess what!? The color of my scrub faded and now I have a white mark on my top graphite color scrubs, 2 of my pants (1 black & 1 graphite) has food stains that won’t come off either. I sent pictures to them even after following the direction I was told on how to care with no success, they offered me a 15% discount which was such an insult and I felt like I was robbed! It’s the same discount they offer everyone to buy a new pair! Don’t claim that your scrubs has the “highest quality” & will “withstand the demands of your day” when it can’t. I have never had any scrubs that couldn’t get the stains off unless it’s bleach on all those years I wore them but the experience I have with Figs and the customer service is very disappointing and waste of money. There are other brands that are much more functional and cheaper than Figs. Don’t be fooled by 4-5 stars reviews on their website because I left a bad review and they didn’t allow it to be posted or seen by public. Their Facebook account do not have any place to put your review either.

Their system kept automatically cancelling my order. When I contacted their customer service, they claimed that they refused to ship to freight forwarding companies, something that is not mentioned anywhere on their website. I contacted the freight forwarding company (Shop2Ship) and they said that they often received and forwardd Figs orders. For more than 10 days, Figs offered no explanation regarding this contradiction or why they deny this workaround for (some) international customers. Eventually they stated that there were many issues and lost orders with these companies. Their customer support was terrible and slow with zero empathy. Received refunds through Paypal after 17 days (13 business days) and after I had specifically asked to be put through to either a supervisor or a different customer service agent.

Sizing keeps changing and I cannot get the awful smell to go away. I can't wear them because they smell. Just wore them once and was embarrassed. I read that they (FIGS) put in an antimicrobial agent, which causes this. Any suggestions on getting the smell out?

Medical professionals love figs and I can see why. Super stylish and high quality. They definitely need more representation of other body sizes in their pictures. Even vloggers & bloggers who get to review their new launches are a certain size. They feature petite and tall people, but most of their female models are XS or S. Their customer service is excellent. I bought a pair as a gift for a friend so I can't speak on long-term wear.

I’ve ordered from figs in the past no problem with their sizing. On my last order they have changed their sizing without letting their customers know. Now the scrubs are too big and they will not refund or give me the right size. All they want to do is give a 20% off next order. Very disappointed with this company.

The WORST company. I am in Canada and spent so much money on two pairs of scrubs, only for them to send me a MENS medium instead of a women’s medium. My scrubs are so large, it is ridiculous. They are now sold out of my size in the colours I received. Their customer support is horrible and they have no empathy for their customers. Even though this is THEIR fault (it clearly says women’s medium in my order confirmation), they do nothing to try to make things right. Look and quality of scrubs is nice, but not worth it. Especially if you live in Canada, way too overpriced. Take a look at other reviews before you decide to purchase from this company. Horrible.

Originally bought a large in the yola pants and they were huge on me so I naturally sized down to a medium and waited an extra two weeks for shipping. When I finally received my medium sized pants they fit like an extra small. I don’t understand the sizing for this company. They definitely are not accurate with their size chart what so ever. Loved my tops but will be returning due to the inconsistent sizing. If you’re in between sizes find another scrub company. Trust me their size chart is literally so off it’s almost laughable.

Terrible customer service. Could not figure out how to place my order even after speaking on the phone and multiple emails. When I indicated I’d like to cancel the order altogether after over 2 weeks of saga, they did not care about losing a customer.

Order way big because these will shrink! You must wash in cold water and line dry - no dryer!!!! So don’t wear these around germs!!!

I ordered a cargo pants in petite xs and casma top xs as well and they were both too big on me. When I received the products, I unthinkingly just put them in the laundry without trying them on as I already own a few pairs of their cargo pants and casma tops in the same size but in different colors. I put them on when I was getting ready to go to work one day and that’s when I noticed that the pants were too long and the top was too long as well. I rechecked the tags that came with them and they were labeled both labeled correctly, but they did not fit like my other cargo pants or casma tops. I contacted customer service but they refused to do an exchange or refund as I had already washed the items, and they offered me a measly %20 off on my next purchase instead. The customer representative Tiffany even had the gall to tell me “try on items before washing/wearing out to ensure” that I love them. Eww. I’m not wasting another penny on this scamming company. I know it was my bad for washing the scrubs without trying them on but I wouldn’t be in this mess if they had sent me correctly sized scrubs in the first place.
