Not an option for Canadian Customers

Products seemed amazing, looked up reviews online and it made me willing to pay what I thought was a little overpriced for scrubs. When checking out, my invoice went from 200$ to 300$ because of taxes. Clearly, not an actual option for Canadian customers unless you are willing to waste that much money on taxes.

Figs commits fraud in their reviews!

I would rate the Figs scrubs a 3-star, since the fit isn't really very good at all and they have to be altered to fit. That's a huge expense, if you are not capable of altering them yourself. And I don't mean just hemming, I'm talking major alterations. Figs customer service is a 1-star. I expect when I leave a review online at Figs that the actual review I write is posted. But, no, my reviews NEVER show up on their site, obviously because my reviews are less than 5-star. I guess Figs really believes no one is going to figure out that it's unrealistic for any company to only have happy customers. To me, that is fraud! Yes, Figs is guilty of fraud and hopes that their customers don't figure it out.

ARROGANT COMPANY

II am a physician who has many Fig scrub tops--most purchased for me by family for birthdays and Christmases. I have touted Figs to colleagues for years. This Christmas, an acquaintance gave me a figs scrub top for Christmas; it is grey, and I really dislike that color. I called Figs and asked them how to exchange it for any other color but gray, and they refused to make the exchange if I could not provide the order number. Huh? I am not going to ask the gift giver for the order number so that she knows I am exchanging it! It is brand new, tags on, in the bag, yet they refused. Who has ever heard of this, especially after Christmas? I won't be purchasing Figs tops again and neither will anyone in my family. What an arrogant company with awful customer service!

Order not received no response from company

I did not receive my order and have not heard anything from this company. No phone call and no email. don't bother to call the phone number they provide no one answers the phone. You are put on hold with music to make it seem like someone is going to answer but no one does and then you are asked to leave a voicemail. i have also sent numerous emails. Thankfully i have a criminal lawyer in the family that can handle the matter but for those who don't you are taking your chances ordering from this company.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!! I purchased my scrubs and they got lost with FedEx. I never received the scrubs, and FIGS will not call back or answer my phone calls and will not send a new pair. So I got charged for nothing. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! FEDEX AND FIGS ARE AWFUL

Sick of this company

Sick of this company. I've bought 5 pairs of pants (same size, same style) over the last two years, and I've noticed a huge decrease in quality - fabric is thin and cheap now, sizing is inconsistent and sloppy. I posted a review 2 days ago and it's not on their site. Their "reviews" are never less than 4 stars and there's no way to leave a negative review if they don't post it. So misleading and dishonest. Even on sale these scrubs aren't worth it. I'm off to find something better, I hope people catch on to how shady (and ridiculously overpriced) this company is.

Don’t buy

4 out of five men’s scrub tops that I bought have a torn shirt pockets one month after purchase. The bottom line is that they look cool, they feel good but the stitches are crap and are cheaply made. I DONT LOVE MY FIGS. They are expensive and don’t deliver

Absolutely LOVE my Figs

I have to say I was skeptical to order from Figs after reading these reviews. Thankfully I did not encounter any of the issues I’ve read about here. My scrubs arrived right on time. I ordered the men’s medium Leon top and men’s medium Medan slim jogger pants. I am tall, 74” and used to getting pants that are much too short. To my surprise and satisfaction they fit perfectly. I would say the size chart, for me, was spot on. The quality of the scrubs is apparent the moment you open the bag. They look great, they feel great, they fit great, and everyone compliments me on them. I could not be happier...well maybe if they’d restock the Medan Slim Jogger...that would be the icing on the cake.

They smell

I really like my scrubs at first. The sizing is off. I ordered them big because I seen many reviews about the sizing. One of my tops was way too big. I had return them to get a different style but same size. My main problem with them is the smell! They smell horrible and have made my closet smell. I looked at the reviews and seen on amazon many other people are complaining about the smell. I will NEVER order them again. I washed them alone with gain and scent boosters. Dried them with a bunch of dryer sheets to keep them smelling good. Doesn't work. Ugh!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Customer Service is AWFUL.

Customer Service is AWFUL. I am in Canada and purchased a pair of socks for my sister in law who lives in the US. My sub total was shown in USD and Canadian so I confirmed the purchase. However, after I bought it, I received an email confirming my order and it had jumped up to be $8 USD more than what I had confirmed when placing the order. I talked to customer service and they continually said that conversion rates fluctuate so they have no guarantees. Customer service also just sent a generic reply to all my emails - it was very clear they don't personalize anything, it's just a copy and paste answer that doesn't provide any clarity. I find it a tad ridiculous and hard to believe that within a few hours of ordering rates can change so much that it changes my order from costing $38 CAD to $47 CAD..... nice try FIGS, $47 is ridiculous for one pair of socks. Will not be ordering again to be ripped off and cheated out of my money.
