I have placed an order and spent a good decent amount on just ONLY two scrub sets. I NEVER received an email receipt nor an order # - or anything regarding the order I placed . However , I recalled when checking out I was able to see when it was arriving to my house but I’m thinking I’m going to get an email so it’s no biggie. Then I call five days later to inquire about my order and a woman answered, I could honestly say she wasn’t being attentive on the phone of what I was saying. She’s like check your spam /junk mail and I told her to email it to me and I never received an email . Then I tried to call back after speaking with the woman and she disconnected the calls - I was sent to vm as soon as I pressed #2 to reach a rep. Then the service via chat isn’t helpful . Naomi the woman responding asking OBVIOUS questions like , is this your email on the receipt and we are talking via email . Like I don’t have time for nonsense . I HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND AND I EXCEPT IT TO BE THERE . IM DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE AND IT’S A SHAME BC I WAS SUPER EXCITED WHEN I ORDERED IT .
FIGS everyday, all day!
I wear my FIGS everyday because honestly they are the best in everything.. how they fit, how they feel and how COMFY they are. I’m lucky I can wear any color I want so I always look forward to the new colors every month :) OH - and my FIGS arrive at my doorstep within 2 days!!! I love them so much!
I was a gift hero for my med school niece
Bought as gift for niece after she got into med school. She has since told me this is all her and the other residents wear. They customized them on their own with the name of their unofficial crew, but I think they offer that now or at least for groups. Arrived fast, and a personalized follow up which was a nice touch.

I’m in Canada and had to exchange the size. Specifically emailed them to ask if there will be any extra charges and they said no. They did not provide a return packing slip so I had to pay out of pocket to ship back to the US. And then they never confirmed receipt of the package. One day a gift card showed up in my email for HALF the amount that I paid for. When I called they denied any wrong doing saying that they don’t return cost of shipping, they don’t cover new shipping charges, they refuse to acknowledge that I paid over $230 for 2 pairs of scrubs and only provided $120 back to me. Their solution to my exchange is to take the $120 and buy new scrubs on their website and pay another $100 to cover the difference again. I have paid over $350 now for TWO pairs of scrubs. This is a scam. Do not order from this website.
No more boxy scrubs
FIGS provides high quality scrubs at a reasonable price. I especially like the modern fits and the fabric. Only issue is that new releases quickly sell out so you need to be quick when they release a new product. To be fair, i have the same new product availability issues with other brands like Nike and Lululemon. Also they need to bring back space grey because that color is lit.
Product is night and day.
Bought as gift for someone in the medical field. I'm told product is night and day compared to "issued" gear. So comfortable they would wear when not working, which has become a problem for my wallet but feel good about the brand and their give back story I only wish them more success. Great team on the customer service side, had to change size and they were on it immediately, no issue/no hassle.
NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE
EDIT: I finally got my return shipping label and the instructions. Their products are amazing but the customer service could definitely improve. NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE IF YOU DON'T ALREADY KNOW YOUR SIZE. I would give zero star if I could. I initiated my return process on July 2nd. As the website did not create a return slip, I contacted the support right away and was told that I should expect to receive my return slip by email within 72 hours. I waited for 72 hours. Still having no response, I contacted the support again. This time I was told they reached out to the manager and if I don't hear back within 48 hours, I should contact again. After patiently waiting for 48 hours, still no response, I contact them again. They put in another request to the manager. It's been 10 days since I initiated my return process and I am still waiting for my return slip.
Figs silences bad reviews!
I ordered some masks from figs which were of poor quality and design. I left 2 bad reviews and neither one were posted to the site. I’m addition, the site has nothing but 4 and 5 star reviews for all of the products, which given the low score here seems to indicate manipulation of reviews. Their treatment of customers and reviews is highly unethical!
