Nice scrubs though size chart is off
My experience wasn’t perfect but I’m overall pleased. They use the same sizing chart for every style and that made it really, really inaccurate so I actually had to exchange several times. It was a gift but returns/exchanges were very easy. Customer service is very quick to respond but initially they were useless and wasting my time as they weren’t reading my emails. Thankfully I eventually was helped by someone, Joshua, that took the time to read the emails so was able to quickly address the issue. Some website trouble using my iPhone/iPad was the only other issue. Otherwise I haven’t washed the scrubs yet but I love how they look and feel. Would buy again
Incredible customer service
Wow! I’m so amazed by the customer service and mostly the quality of these products! I recently had placed and order and provided the wrong address and was so scared to lose my order! But surprisingly they helped and the customer service was unbelievably good!! I highly recommend not only because of the wonderful guest experience but the quality and softness of the scrubs!!!
Not all RN’s or medical personnel are ‘slim fit’
I used to believe that FIGS was worth five stars, until the contouring and “slim fit”nonsense became the new black for the company. I went along with it, I spent a lot of money replacing new scrubs that I purchased then washed expecting the sizing to be what I was a custom too but, sadly I was wrong..... I reached out to FIGS but was informed,” to insure the safety and customer satisfaction I was unable to return them because I had washed them” ... okay, .... I am a nurse that’s fair. So what did I do, well excited about the new colors and styles I ordered I decided to just go up a size, not really excited about having to go up a size I still did.., why?.... because I loved and believed in FIGS! My order arrived!! Expecting, once again that these would once again fit like I remember!!! I immediately pulled out the first scrub top out of the bag and attempt to pull it over my broad shoulders it was fitted and snug much like the XL which isn’t an XL but more like a women’s XL or a men’s Med fitted instantly disappointing.. I compared the tops (exactly the same style) by laying it on top of a top that I soooo loved... to discover the XL was a 1/2” smaller and tapered in from my original first purchase when FIGS was first introduced, I then compared the XXL size to the original XL before all the “slim fit” and contouring and discovered it was shorter in length & width in all areas. I consider myself a very fair person, I even ordered my entire order over again to make a total of over $400s in less that 20 days because I genuinely believed and loved FIGS, I applied a postcard discount code for my next purchase to discover it wasn’t valid and while my postcard said the code was valid, customer service once again told me there was nothing they could do for me. My advice to any male nurse who is of the broad shoulder masculine size, the new lines of FIGS may not be for you! FIGS new ‘runway model’ sizing is great for advertisement but sadly unrealistic and just unflattering for anyone other than.. bring back relaxed fit, 12 hour shifts in the walk-in and ER are not meant for contour and fashion we need some breathing room, codes/ and CPR in progress doesn’t require contour it requires relaxed with breathing room to sweat, my walk to the Pyxis/medroom isn’t a runway with cameras it’s I need to save this life!
Horrible customer service- DONT BUY.
Horrible customer service. Wrong size was sent. Sizing of other scrubs was completely different than the usual fit of scrubs. I cannot prove it but since the purchase of figs, my credit card and personal information has been compromised. I doubt the secureness of this site and strongly think it was involved with my figs purchase. I would strongly advise to search elsewhere for scrubs. Not worth it, especially the 17 daily scam calls and credit card compromise since the purchase.

All I can say is this company in the last year has changed and not for the better. Customer service beyond horrible. Consistency in sizing of styles, materials and workmanship have all declined. They will not survive charging the prices they do and treating customers as they have and expecting repeat business.
Figs sizing is not standard
Figs scrubs fabrics are comfortable and design is stylish. The sizing is inconsistent, so a medium pant in one style will fit like a large in another style. So finding scrubs that fit involves purchasing several sizes to determine the one that fits, several returns (which are difficult and time consuming) and too much hassle. Finding the style that fits properly is great, but then may be discontinued shortly thereafter. And don’t ever buy anything on clearance unless you have worn that style previously. Figs does not accept returns of discontinued styles. I wear a “medium” pant, but the clearance medium pant is cut as a small, so I am stuck with an expensive bottom I can’t wear. This is one of the biggest complaints of women’s clothing: nonstandard sizing. Very disappointing.

It took 3 weeks to receive my figs even though the facility was two hours from my house. So many issues with shipping and customer service. Finally i get my figs in and the sizing is way off, they run super small. I wear a pair to work and get a little blood on them, no pig deal because hydrogen peroxide takes out blood almost instantly.. NOPE no way of getting stains out of these scrubs! Terrible over priced waste of money.

I would love to be able to give a review of my purchase but I still haven't received it. The order I placed was sent out but it was incorrect, so I had to return it and it still hasn't made its way back here. Figs customer service is the absolute WORST. No one ever answers the phone, they tell you to leave a message or "text" them but they take FOREVER to respond ! Then they tell you they will expedite the return shipping (because that was how I chose to have it come the first time) and instead they send it ground. Total BS! My experience thus far has been AWFUL !!! This is a one and done for me with this company. :(
