I have had to deal with customer service multiple times and they have always worked quickly to resolve my issues. I have purchased for new projects and also ordered replacement parts for old projects and every representative I have worked with has always been very knowledgable about what I need. John Mera has been excellent in helping with my returns and always quickly connected me to a sales associate for proper replacements/substitutions. I have also been very happy with the materials we have received as they look great and function very well.

Product looks freat in the fire pit

I ordered some blues colored polished glass to add to my new contemporary fireplace. Product arrived in good order and they look terrific whether the fireplace is on or off.

I ordered a 24'' burner ring for outdoor fire pit. Ordering was simple and effecient. When I reviewed my order confirmation, I noticed the shipping address was incorrect. I initiated a "chat" with customer service. After providing my order number they were quickly able to change the delivery address on my order. It probably helped that I noticed the error almost immediately after printing and reviewing my confirmation. I tried to edit the order myself but was not able to do so - that's when I contacted customer service via the chat feature on the website. While all of this was unfolding, I received a message that I might need to change the size. I asked my chat helper to hold a few minutes while I confirmed the size. They waited about 5 minutes while I double checked and fortunately did not need to make a change. The fire ring was shipped that day and I received it at the correct address two days later as scheduled on my original order
