Gorgeous!! Cleaned gas log fireplace, put burner and gas logs back in and spread diamond beads all around. Easy! Just be careful about the existing soot!!!

Starfire Direct followed my order from the company shipping it to me and kept me informed on it's progress. I will use them again. The logs are amazing and my customers in my restaurant are very impressed with them.

The product was what I expected, the tracking and delivery were not. I did not receive a tracking number and the delivery was delayed a few days. Once everything arrived it was fine and the customer service was helpful. Had I been in a rush it would have been different.

Spoke with customer service and explained that just a charcole brick in a fire pit was too drab. She directed me to the reflective glass. So very pleased with the "Bling" in my back yard.

Our sales person Kim was very knowledgeable and professional. She went out of her way to answer all of our questions. She had a great command of the products and sought an upgrade in accessory when the item associated with the sale was out of stock.

Their staff is friendly and committed to serving the customer. They coached me through a fire pit build process flawlessly and gave me the guidance, support and materials to complete the job on a tight budget and timeline. Great product! Timely delivery. The green firepit glass looks absolutely beautiful in our fire pit.

I am hopefully nearing the end of a frustrating experience after purchasing fire glass (nice), H burner (functional) and manual safety pilot. After many conversations with both Starfire and the manufacturer, I cannot get the pilot to work and have returned for a refund. Customer service is easy to reach but rarely can they actually provide service. They are polite but don't seem able to take care of my issues whether they are technical or administrative. At this point I would just like to move on.
