I would like my firepit a whole lot more if it was actually delivered. I was never told it was lost in transit and wouldnt be delivered as scheduled so now I am waiting for it to be found and delivered. Very poor communication with the customer. I hope it is worth waiting for.

After I removed black glass that came with my new firetable, I knew that it was not going to do the job.....Found Starfire Direct online and went with clear and blue glass beads. Perfect!!!!!!!!!

Kim provided me with very good advice on what to order in terms of bowl size, material, lighting system and logs. The fire bowl and logs were shipped quickly and they were received in perfect shape. The installation crew commented several times on the equality of the fire bowl, burner, lightning system, and fire logs. All of this at what I think is a fair price. I am a very pleased customer. I can not think of a way my purchase could have been handled any better.

Need next day air, not available on website for that item. I called. Erik know the product, called warehouse and got it on red label out the door while I was on the phone. Awesome service. I'll be back again guaranteed!!

The product was as described and fit perfectly over the top of the outdoor propane gas fire pit.
