Installed the 30" model with the fireglass. Wife loves it. No messy ashes is a real plus. The flames are "friendly" and attractive. Unfortunately, it's mostly summer weather now but expect much use when cooler weather arrives.

Firepit is just as we expected, and works perfectly. It was easy to hook up (according to my plumber). I would purchase this item again.

Product arrived on time, packaged well. Product was a bit smaller than expected...but overall very well made. The iron was unfinished which made it look rusted and did rust and pit quickly, so we did go ahead and finish with a high heat paint to protect and looks much better. It will last forever! Now it's perfect:)

I recently redid my firepit and ordered glass from Starfire. I was impressed with their website but had some questions which they quickly answered. When I got my glass they had shipped the wrong glass but were very apologetic and quickly got me the correct stuff. Good companies are ones that deal with the glitches quickly and take care of their customers. Starfire did this.

The fire table was exactly as promised, it arrived on time and intact. Works well. Is a pleasant addition to our patio.
