THE FIREPIT THAT I ORDERED WAS OUT OF STOCK AND I RECEIVED A PERSONAL PHONE CALL TO TELL ME. HE THEN WENT AHEAD AND TOLD ME THEY WOULD FABRICATE ANOTHER ONE.

I had some questions before placing my order, so I called there number and got all the answers I needed. I ordered glass fire rock and it came quickly and was exactly as described. Also I used their estimator to figure out how much glass to order...it was spot on!

Difficult to Reach Representative
It is very difficult to reach a represenative by phone. I even left a message that was never returned. I finally called back and was able to speak with someone but the call was dropped during the conversation. Very frustrating. Thank you.

Nice color and sizes of pieces.
Not too many color choices, but the blue is nice. The shipping time was okay too. Will check again if we ever need anymore fire glass.
