After a couple of disappointing , shady website sources I found that Starfire Direct is the best way to go. They have a great choice, reasonable pricing and good customer service.

2nd rder from this company. Good quality for a great price. Easy to place order and gets shipped quickly. Beware of the amount if you use their calculator for lbs needed. They give you way too much,nearly double what you need. I called and spoke with someone because i questioned what I needed and it worked out fine.

I wanted to convert my fireplace from a gas fake log system to glass - but had no idea how to go about it. With the combination of the helpful videos on You Tube, combined with the assistance I received from Customer support, the conversion process was a snap and has led to a beautiful fireplace we can enjoy for years. Eric, who I've never met, walked me through the purchase of the proper vented gas burner, taking into account the weird dimensions of the fireplace, the pro's and cons of an auto lighting system, and why the old way of using an actual match or lighter had benefits that an auto system didn't!! He was awesome.

Fire pit arrived as ordered but the glass (which I ordered together) didn't arrive until two days later. Looks great, gives off a lot of heat. The only bad thing is every drop of liquid or food leaves a mark on the surface and it gets very hot if the sun is shining on it.

There products are of good quality and the web site is easy to order from. I've talked to them directly and they were very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them.
