Individual pieces are too small for my intended use but I did not pay enough attention to the product description so, my bad!

We ordered the 18" dark copper pan burner and 20 pounds of glass for our indoor fireplace. The items came within a couple days. Installation was simple, and now we have a beautiful, glowing reflective glass fire instead of fake logs! Even though the instructions say the pan holds 15 to 20 pounds of glass, I recommend ordering 20 pounds. We took the leftover 5 pounds of glass and spread it around the bottom of the fire place around the pan. It looks fabulous.

I purchased a fire pit from local patio shop and it came with a box of lava rocks a a few bags of glass stones . So I googled fire stones and I came across you company,, very impressive Web site and great info, so I decided to purchase to purchase what I needed to fill my fire pit, great selection and beautiful , I was told I would get my stones in a week, the only complain was when I called over a week later since I had not received any tracking number the person that helped had to research and I was told it had not even been shipped yet,, still waiting ,, hopefully I will be so satisfied that the wait was worth it ,

Received my package of safe fire pit glass from Starfire Direct. I chose a clearance color and am very happy with the beauty of this product. Sparkles and reflects the flames like magic.

Received order however in two shipments. I ordered a sample pack and indicated the (5) types but never received them with the order. I wanted to look at other types of glass. No indication from company as to wether or not I am even getting them so I am unsure.
