Given facts clearly , no pressure to buy was applied. Were punctual efficient and left the place tidy taking any rubbish away with them.

I have used this company before. The adviser was courteous and arrived on time, we discussed my needs and agreed to carry out certain services. The work was planned for latter that week. the parts were delivered to my property the next day and a fitting slot was agreed. The technician called me the day before the job was to be carried out and asked if it would be possible to come on that day to carry out the work. I agreed as I was at home any way. When he arrived he got straight to work and the job was completed in a minimum of time. The work area was cleaned and the debris was cleared away and he departed onwards to his next instalation.

We recently had to have a storage battery replaced , a young man called Kav came to do the job, he was friendly & professional.

Solar Edge installation. Good communication from first discussions to post intallation. On the day of the installation there was a delay because of a van breakdown. Despite being late Tommy stayed to complete the installation. Proactive phone calls afterward to discuss monitoring. Now reaping the benefits of increased Solar productivity.
