This company exploit their sellers
This company exploit their sellers by not paying commission. As you can see from many other reviews, this company seems to be having a difficult time keeping track of inventory and paying sellers on time. I commissioned 13 items with them and only received payment for two. I have been keeping track of my items on the website and I have 10 items sold. Their T&Cs state that they process payments in the beginning of each month for the items sold the month before, there is also a 14 day return period to include before they pay commission. However, they are not abiding to their own T&Cs and delaying payments whilst also not updating sellers about the status of their commissioned items. It looks like they used to use the excuse of updating their system to a new database/format but now they are not even replying to sellers and the excuse was just to cover their avoidance of payment and a lack of proper inventory management. I recommend other sellers to make use of the UK small claims court system to "Make a court claim for money" if you this business owes you money. You can look this up. Please keep record of all of paperwork, contracts signed, and communication you have with the business. There are court fees involved in this process, but in comparison to what some of people are owed, the court fees are nominal (eg. court fees are £80 if they owe you £1,000.01 to £1,500). We need to work together to make this business accountable to their sellers!

Came into Notting Hill store to find a dress for a wedding, and talked about consigning some items with Nicole, she was extremely helpful and although I didn’t find an outfit on this occasion I appreciated the hospitality and will definitely be back.
I am a seller at CSD, they couldn't give me an update of my item, is it lost?
CSD could not give me an update regarding the whereabout of my item and received zero update from their accounts department since Jan. I have delivered a dress to CSD Marylebone store in Nov 2023 for them to sale the item on my behalf, received price quote and agreed for them to sale the item on my behalf on 16th Nov 2023. When I reached out to them in Jan 2024 for an update, my contact at CSD advised that he will check with their accounts department, no reply after that. Now it's June and I tried to get reply from CSD account department for an update, no reply again. My question is simple: Where is item. According to their 2.4 - If Property is damaged, stolen or lost while in CSD's physical possession, CSD will pay you a commission based upon the agreed consignment price. If the item is sold then they should contact and reimburse me. Update: They contacted me yesterday (after I left this review) and confirmed that the dress was sold, the payment was made earlier today. I feel if I don’t leave a review they will never reach out. Also note that my contact at CSD asked their accounts team for update since January, I was waiting for an update from CSD account team from Jan as they were not responsive or feel obliged to give customer an update. If fast reply and fast payment can be their standard service then I would be very happy to consign with them again.

Be careful with this company. They are very good at selling items. However, getting your money back will be a struggle.

Ekin and Nicole were amazingly helpful and gave me great advice on what suited me. They have great knowledge of the stock and a keen eye for what will look good. Def recommend

Action emails but don’t reply to them. Very odd. I applied a discount code (the only reason that I chose a company I’ve never used before when I could have gone with someone else), it was definitely on there for £30 off. After payment, this hadn’t come off. Sent an email, they responded saying they would look into it. Didn’t hear anything. Two more emails to them later they refunded the missing difference but never contacted me. Very strange. They have since called me apologising and asked if I would consider removing my feedback. Unfortunately, it still stands as it’s what happened. Again, very odd.
