Update on previous review: still as inefficient ! I have been trying since May to retrieve my goods having had nothing but problems from CSD. Finally got a payout ( but only after last lousy review that I gave). Managed to get all bar one item back but last item remains unreturned : it is apparently in Battersea?!? Despite going to the Marylebone shop 4 times, I’m still waiting… either give me my item back or pay for it! Never encountered such an unprofessional business. DO NOT CONSIGN with CSD.

I’m would not recommend anyone to sell with this unprofessional setup . I have at least 8 items selling with CSD. I noticed over a month and a half ago that one of my pieces is no longer on the website ( presumably sold ) since then I have been trying to contact them to inquire about my sold item . If you call customer care they respond with “I will get accounting to email you with a statement” ,which of course they don’t . If you email you get the same response. CSD are very good at taking your items and selling them , not great if you actually want to get paid .

I sold a couple of bags via CSD. First two sales were fairly quick but they paid money after I chased them. The last few sales (handbag and two pairs of shoes) took them three months to pay after I visited shop in person. They never reposted on any emails – neither their accounts or customer services department l, and I sent a few. Now I am waiting almost 4 weeks to receive non sold items back and it seems that I have to chase them again and again. So much time wasted 😣 As they continue not to respond or do what they agreed them to, I just find them rude and unprofessional with non existent customer service. I will never use them again to sell or buy.

Excellent purchasing experience from head office. I was reluctant to purchase due to a poor experience from one of the stores but I have to say my opinion instantly changed after my head office communication. I would not hesitate in purchasing again and would highly recommend CSD.

CSD could not give me an update regarding the whereabouts of my golden Aquazzura platform heels. In an original statement of 2023 it stated that the heels were sold but I have never received the money for them. Since then the accounting team has issued me multiple statements without the sold heels on them. When asking them for clarity they are not being clear and are constantly looking for excuses. I been actively chasing them since January 2024 and we are now in July. Where are my heels? They are not showing on the website nor are they in the stores, but I have not been paid yet either. I been asking for clarity for months now and never received a clear response. Where is my item, was it lost or sold? In either case I would except a transparent answer and payment - refund for the lost item.

Delivery of products and refunds can take a while sometimes, I’ve had to prompt a few times but overall the quality of the products I receive are amazing. I’ve used CSD for about three years now and have had some amazing designer products. The discount codes are a bonus. It’s my go to store for resale designer. My fave products so far have been my Versace dress, McQueen blazer and Prada boots. But I’ve had many from here that are in mint condition.
