Appaling

Really slow despatch and delivery. One pair of the shoes I ordered disappeared from dispatch. The second pair I received was in appalling condition. The leather was peeling off, straps were barely attached to the shoes, that were advertised as in a very good condition. The pictures on the website did not reflect the real state of the shoes. I attempted to return using the online site. My purchases page only displayed the shoes that disappeared and not the rest of my order. I had to call to initiate returns. The staff on the phone was very helpful and polite, but I did not receive reply to the request I sent via the website. I will not use again.

Terrible experience.

Terrible experience. Been waiting for a payout since January 3rd for items sold last December. No one relying back to me. Owed thousands. Been back to nott hill store and no one seems to know what’s going on. Have requested my items to be returned for last two weeks and no one replying. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Do not use this consignment store.

I’ve requested 5x an update and payout…

I’ve requested 5x an update and payout for my sold items since the 9th of January since the items I had listed had no longer been on the website. The accounting team is simply not responding to my request and this has become very tedious and frustrating chasing them down for payment. Especially as I wanted to sell them as quicky as possible for a “quick” payout. I would reconsider selling with them again. Purchasing is easy but as a seller it is the most frustrating and non-recommended experience I have had with resellers. Needed to update: it’s now been 8 times I requested an update and payout of my items. Nothing is happening and Daniel has said he isn’t able to see the information as only the accounting team has insights. Lauren Farinas
