I placed an order last weekend and by mid week I was panicking a little as order still said it was awaiting fulfilment and I really wanted to take the bag on holiday with me. I reached out to the team via Instagram and David chased this up and item was shipped same day to be delivered within 24hrs! David even sent me a follow up message to make sure I had received the package! Thank you so much David for your quick response and for being so helpful and following my query through start to finish! I love my bag and now can’t wait to go away! ☀️

It’s a scam! Do not use that website! I ordered a vintage Dior bag, received it, didn’t like it as it looked different to the photos and returned it a month ago and still haven’t received my refund! I emailed and was told that the Finance team has already processed my refund but no money has ever been sent to my account! I emailed multiple times and received no more responses. I’m currently looking at ways to report this business to try and get my money back somehow.

I picked a lovely bag that didn’t make it through German customs and unfortunately went straight back to CSD. After that I got in touch with Customer Service and David went above and beyond to help me finally get my dream bag. He was there the whole time and found solutions when I thought about cancelling the order. In the end I have a great bag but the Customer Experience with David rebuild my trust in a second after what happened with customs. Will probably order again! Highly recommended. Thanks guys!

If you a seller avoid it at all costs you never will get paid or see your items again! Trying to get a statement/ or my items back for months, with zero response. And I see I am not the only one having this issue looking at the reviews here, as well will get a lawyer involved

It is a scam! Never use this company if you want to sell something! I took several designer clothing to Notting Hill shop back in September 2023. They ignore all your emails, keep/sell your items but never transfer agreed amount to you. I would definitely consider ombudsman or lawyer to be involved.

Amazing purchasing experience- bought via their online store but wanted to check if it came with its dustbag and box. I messaged them via Instagram DM and had a really helpful assistant David who checked with the store and got back to me really quickly. I also contacted the Marylebone store who were the ones posting it to me and the lovely sales assistant ( I didn’t get her name but she had an Australian accent) said that they had some spare LV dustbags and she would send my item in one as it did not come with its original one. Really happy with the service overall and nice to see a preloved store that is competitive on pricing aswell as really helpful. Happy customer who will be returning.
