Bad Returns policy
Low rating based on the returns policy alone. I accidentally ordered the wrong product and when I got in touch they said the only way to get my money back was to send it back at my own expense. Considering it’s a wardrobe that would cost me likely more than the value of the product. Absolutely regret ever considering this company. Should have bought the exact same product which was available on Big W.
Ordered a perfume for my partners…
Ordered a perfume for my partners birthday at the start of march. Was lead to believe it would be here by now as delivery was expected by 18-20th nothing as of yet and birthday is the 25th. Probably won’t order from here again.

Around mid - December 2022, my daughter purchased the above referenced item through the Catch .AU outlet After only one year`s exposure in our Garden the item is a useless wreck of rust. Considering the description and the fact this was a Christmas present for her Mother, for only occasional use, it barely comes up to any normal expectation. This may be just an unfortunate bad unit or if not it’s not fit for use. Either way one can only hope that this a rare occurrence and you will see your way to either sending a replacement or if not a total refund PS she notified your customer complaints dept some weeks ago and have heard nothing to date! The silk pilliwcases I purchased are sub standard, not silk or minimal silk used. Buyer beware do not buy these cheap and nasty pillow cases. Go to the catch of the day website and try to complain. Good luck with that as it is impossible. Do not purchase the catch of the day pillow cases.
Poor Communication and Unreliable Service
I recently ordered furniture from Catch.com to be delivered to my new home in Melbourne. Unfortunately, the experience was far from ideal. Delivery Delays: The furniture arrived significantly later than the estimated delivery date provided on the Catch.com website. This caused major inconvenience as I had recently relocated and was without furniture in my temporary accommodation. My old parents and pregnant wife had to sleep on the floors for many days. Communication Issues: While contacting Catch.com customer service, the responses felt scripted and impersonal. They repeatedly stated they would contact the seller (Daily Plaza) and get back to me within 2-5 business days, which wasn't helpful in resolving the immediate issue. Furthermore, despite my pleas, they refused to provide direct contact information for Daily Plaza, making it difficult to follow up independently. Shipping Issues: Upon arrival, the furniture was delivered by Hunter Express and simply left in the front yard without any notification. This was concerning, especially considering the drizzle that day and the potential for damage. Fortunately, the furniture sustained minimal damage. Overall Experience: The entire experience, from delayed deliveries to limited communication and impersonal customer service, was highly stressful and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend Catch.com for furniture purchases due to these issues. I strongly advise potential customers not to consider Catch.com for furniture purchases, especially if timely delivery and responsive customer service are crucial. Update after reply: As expected, Catch gave another typical robotic system generated response. Unbelievably inhumane

Overall service and delivery is great , just not happy with the supplier of 1kg Nescafe coffee.It is suppose to be here today 29/02/2024 by 12 pm but yet its not in transit.
