customer service outstanding
Well, I didn't receive whole product from seller. I contacted catch and was surprised how quickly they responded, and kept communication on my behalf. I today received rest of the product I ordered ( green house). The communication was outstanding and support. I don't know yet how good product is but I can only say huge thanks to support team. If not for anything else I would recommend customer service! I read some bad reviews here...people confusing Catch customers support with sellers. Unfortunately many sellers might not be up to good service, but Catch does anything possible to help to resolve issue. Just remember it is platform that helps sellers to showcase their product and sell. They only can do their best. And in my case they did exactly the best. Lucky the seller was very responsive too. Yet sometimes they might not be. If you give review with bad delivery etc, give to seller not Catch ...if seller wasn't done right thing and from what I seen customer service is absolutely outstanding.
Still waiting for notification of delivery
I ordered an item to be sent to my son on 22nd January to be despatched in 1 business day - it’s been sitting ready for collection for 5 days and nothing. Can’t track it, when I try to see what’s happening get an error message and it’s impossible to contact Catch. Would never use them again and suggest anyone thinking about using them - don’t!

Catch is miss leading
I ordered a product on Catch and several weeks later it had not been dispatched, I was advised that they had trouble with the product provider. Once I asked for a refund they advised me that the product would be dispatched in 1 - 2 days, I advised them that if it was not dispatched in the agreed time that I would like a full refund. I asked for a refund as they could not provide the product in the agreed time frame. They said the money would be refunded in 3- 5 days this time has now passed and there has been no deposit made into my account. There has been a lot of promises made with very little action. This company is very miss leading in its advertising and communication with the consumer. Think twice before purchasing a product solely on price, maybe spend an extra $10 and get it from the shop. I would hate to think what would happen and how it would be handled if you had a faulty product that had been purchased from Catch.
The table was delivered a day late
The table was delivered a day late, so a wasted day waiting for it. No way to contact the couriers. I would be reluctant to order anything else delivered by TOLL .The table is lovely.
