I received the product in great condition. It had terrific inside packaging to prevent damage during transit. I love the desk. It looks great and was easy to assemble. The postage was very quick. A no fuss transaction. Thank you. I would order from them again.

I have always had the best of experiences with Catch. I have always been totally blown away with their excellent customer care and support. In this instance, we had an issue with the extension wand of our Shark vacuum but it was just slightly outside the warranty period. Jimmy, one of Catch's Returns Coordinators, was outstanding in the way he handled this issue. He offered a full replacement without any haggling or going back and forth. It was absolutely a delight to deal with him. He was always prompt with his responses and handled the whole replacement process right until it was delivered to us. Thank you once again!!

Purchased a dresser which came as a flat pack with no instructions and a fault which has one piece hanging out which stops the drawers from fully closing. The Catch website has no means of contacting them and the details say it was ordered 20 hours ago despite the fact it was delivered 6 days ago. Do not purchase from them!
