Well since they want to ignore my previous review on here and respond to other reviews posted after mine , ill continue to do so until someone actually does something about my order !!!! You are an actual joke catch !! start taking responsibility for your issues and marketplace sellers and stop avoiding people that wont let you just take their money and cause financial damage and shut up about it. I still haven't received my order,the only thing I have received is a bunch of emails telling me they are looking into it and to allow them up to 10 business days. After about 6 days go by, they then send the same generic email saying what I just mentioned and saying to please allow them up to 10 business days. This has repeated multiple times now and its now been going on for about 6 weeks. I was asked to email them with the subject line product review the details after I wrote a review on another site and did that and they still haven't responded.

They allow scammers to operate on their website as a marketplace seller. When you do get scammed, they refuse to intervene and allow the scammer to continue operating on their site. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!

Loved the fireplace insert, its beautiful and looks just like a log fire. Nice and warm. My fire place is arched so I misjudged with the fitting but I'll get a tradesman to remove some bricks and fit it in snuggly. Love it!!

Absolutely ridiculous. Catch.com.au offer a free standard delivery with no option of express and I had to wait all most 2 weeks to get an item the size and weight of a matchbox to be deliver from Sydney to the northern river nsw. I won’t be ordering anytime soon from those guys

I expected to receive my delivery on time, but they decieve you into thinking it will be sent out as promptly as the previous times. Got lied to on the call centre, somewhere in Asia . Spoke to several people and one said it was coming today, that was misleading as I rang up the courier. They just don't check properly..and blame the customer for getting annoyed. They rudely interrupted me and show little in the way of manners. It would be nice if the call centre was located in Australia instead. The manager was just as bad, kept me on the phone for ages arguing the point. Christian, he called him self. They never even gave me consideration for what I was saying to them. They consider that the " customer isn't right"! How damn rude! Not impressed with how they operate now.

Took 215$ for perfume order it's been over 14 days nothing but nonsense email's saying how sorry they are but nothing happens. They are going broke as a company. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER OR KISS YOUR MONEY GOODBYE I did acknowledge the receipt of this order by mistake on the 30th. I was got mixed up with another order. I haven't received the perfume yet. You should know this. Do you not know whether you have delivered it yet or not???? Was delivered today 4th of Jun after you said it was delivered 27th May. STOP LYING
