Catch as usual, promise everything, take my money and then the excuses start, it's out of our control we need you to be patient even though outside of delivery time frame. Nothing but a scam, take people's money but don't deliver

I ordered and paid for a dvd by PayPal in early December 2023. By mid December the money has long been drawn from my account, but no order confirmation or delivery date has been forthcoming. I have been unsuccessful in trying to get a 'password change code' via email to even check if they have my order as well as my money. I think this is entirely unsatisfactory that I cannot even get a reply. I believe the company is ultimately owned by Wesfarmers. What a way to treat your customers and shame on you! I have since had a reply via Trustpilot, whereas before my complaint here, Catch.com.au would not even accept an enquiry from me. I am an older gent and do not know about screenshots and such, just that my amount of $17 for the goods has been drawn out of my bank account via Paypal. I am not willing to enter into further correspondence about the issue, as the amount is too small for me to make a fuss about; only the principal of the issue remains, and your system has failed me, which is the first time ever with any company. I have written off the amount and consider the matter hereby concluded, more so as I now have no hope of getting the item before Christmas as intended. Regards Jim Schultz

I have found the perfume warehouse terrific with fragrances each time I buy. Service is top and Catch do well also.

Paid for express shipping and was told completely incorrect shipping estimates multiple times. Why would domestic express shipping of a very small parcel take 2 weeks ! And they said it would arrive today, I waited and sure enough no parcel. No update either though. I will not be home tommorow. Impossible to get through to the customer service team and the case number they gave me was invalid. I need this parcel for my work and I could have so easily just ordered online from Kmart or anywhere else but no of course I had to go to these incompetent b*stards. What am I even meant to do now ? F ck catch. Com im not going to stop until I get a full refund they have cost me too much money this week

Very worse site i have ever seen in Australia. No any response and no any planning for dispatch and delivery of good and always makes excuses for delay and takes orders and payment as well and when ever time come for delivery they don’t have stock. If wish I could give them negative star

They don't help with refunds, in fact they put you on hold and hangup. This happens every single time. They only care about their sellers and commissions they make per sale. Any returns are pretended to be addressed but never get refunded. Avoid them as they are scammers.

Unsure as to why this company would choose Couriers Please to deliver orders. Did you not read their reviews? Great way to irreversibly damage your own brand name. Still waiting for Couriers Please to deliver after almost three weeks to date. All round a useless endeavour. Never again will I order from Catch as I do not trust their delivery process. Luckily we aren’t dealing with medical orders. Someone would be directly responsible for loss of lives. Disgusting.
