DO NOT USE - Incompetent and expensive
DO NOT USE > Six site visits, five invoices, four credit notes, one pump (that wasn’t necessary), lots of emails for a fault that should have been diagnosed on day one and resolved with minimum charge. Total charge just short of £1000. JLA demonstrate an alarming level of poor engineering diagnostics and incompetence/lack of responsibility in all departments. There have to be better suppliers out there !

JLA are a well run business, respond well and communicate effectively with customers. They supply us with Laundry equipment, which are always great quality, and on the rare occasion that we have any issues, JLA resolve them very quickly. Recommend them highly.
