terrible customer service

Three dresses arrived and one of them started shedding sequins immediately. I have returned all three items and heard nothing since - this was 12 days ago. I have been in contact with them and they have advised a refund will not be with me for another week. The customer service attitude is terrible. Would not recommend

OMG my order came rapid and its amazing I feel like a princess, the quality is amazing and its so beautiful it fits perfectly true to size, Perfect length even better in person so beautiful thank you so much definitely recommend and I will definitely be purchasing again

Stunningly beautiful dresses

Fantastic and beautiful dresses, arrived in superfast time. I had ordered a few to try and see which one fitted the best. They all arrived so quickly and the ones I returned were refunded in speedy time too. Highly recommend this company! I wanted to wear my dress every day, forever! Made me feel like a princess. Dresses absolutely stunning!

Dress received was fine and was posted out exceptionally quickly. Customer service also responded very quickly to my email, however, item sent back and received by them (per the tracking) but they’ve quoted up to two weeks for them to refund upon receipt which is just way too long in my opinion and puts me off ordering again.

Very satisfied

I recently purchased Genevieve Ruffle Gown and the item was sent in 3 days to Austria. Unfortunately the design did not suit me at all although the dress was good quality and beautiful. I needed to return the item but it did not work for me first since I did not have an ID number starting with "GE" that they required, but I had an order number only. Then my husband checked the company on trustpilot and I became very concerned because of the bad reviews. They did not answer my email so I decided to give them a call which they answered in 5 seconds. I was told that my order was made at the incorrect store-front and that's why I was unable to generate a return label through their portal. The assistant (Elisabeth) was very kind and helpful and she told me that during the day she would send me an email with the correct code which arrived within an hour. I sent back the dress that day. I even received 2 further emails for confirmation and how to do the order right next time. Everything worked out fine and I got my refund in one week. I did not experience anything bad as mentioned in the other reviews. I was absolutely satisfied with the service they offer and the dress itself. By the way about the sizing: If you are between 2 sizes, definitely order the bigger one.

I was concerned about buying from this…

I was concerned about buying from this company having read the negative reviews, but I did, because some of the dresses looked fabulous, and I have no complaints whatsoever. The dress was packaged carefully and posted quickly. I had to return it only because the pink colour didn't suit me but I bought another in ivory which I kept. Emails were replied to promptly and I received a refund only a couple of days after I used the free UPS returns service. The dress is beautifully made. I will be getting it taken in around the waist as the Araminta style is not as form-fitting as I'd like, but I think this is a minor issue.

Very Disappointed

Be careful ordering online. The only good part of this experience was fast shipping. The sizing is extremely off. I ordered a 16 and could fit two of myself in this dress. I also ordered it to be an ankle gown and it hits almost 10 inches below my feet and I am an average height person. Sequins came off straight from the box. Overall the dress was not what I expected for $500. It really looks like something you can grab from a discount store in person and not nearly as beautiful as it does online. Overall, I’d say skip this brand unless you have spare funds to throw around.

Non-Existent Customer Service

One star given purely for the dresses they make, as they really are beautiful... I have been attempting to get in touch with Needle & Thread Customer Service for about a month now regarding a bill I received from FedEx for Customs Duty on an order that they shipped to me in November 2021. This order was placed from their US website, which gives no notification that such a duty could be incurred. Had I known I'd receive an over $200 bill, I would have never placed the order. I'm not sure what to do to handle this with FedEx at this point other than contest it (which I've done), as Needle & Thread will not respond to me regarding my order. Not sure what happened to this company, but I would strongly discourage taking the risk of ordering from them. Not worth it.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - This company have received the package that I returned. I emailed them via FB but since providing all the info they asked for, I have heard nothing further. The phone is engaged all the time and the emails are automated. If I do not get my refund soon then I will take the matter up with my bank.
