Used Harper try before you buy - highly recommend, able to try on several dresses for my brothers wedding without having to pay for them all!

I needed an outfit for my son's wedding and loved the look of a couple of outfits. I ordered, but very worried because I hadn't heard of this Company and some reviews were saying refunds were hard to come by. I did use my credit card incase. I needed have worried because I returned 2 dresses and got my refund more or less straight away. The dresses were beautiful, good quality, but didn't fit. 3 stone down, I wanted to order the dresses again in different colours and different sizes. I noticed the Try before you Buy feature and that was a fantastic option, especially with a garment that is expensive. The dresses fitted this time, but the colours not quite right so I had to return them with 7 days of receipt. The quality of these clothes were excellent and it was a real shame they just didn't suit me. I woukd recommend Needle and Thread and the Try before you Buy.

I really liked the process of try before you buy. I was trying dresses from the comfort of my own home. No payment is collected only after you choose a dress with a good period of time to decide about which one you buy. The quality and beauty of each dress and it is so detailed with all the designs . I would highly recommend Needle & Thread .

Bought Petunia dress and cape, they are absolutely beautiful and a great fit. Customer services was excellent and so very helpful cannot fault them. Tobi was great. thanks to everyone

When I contacted the Company they were very efficient in replying quickly to my emails and with very pleasing results

I received a dress which was stained and had loose threads and needed this for my wedding. I asked for a refund on the 20th of December, on some of the money as I needed to take it to a dry cleaners so that I was able to use it on my wedding day. There were no other dresses in my size available at the time. They offered a 10% refund, but I am still to receive this. I emailed on the 8th of January asking for an update, and have not received a reply. I rung the customer care number and was initially cut off, rung back and was told I had to send proof of not receiving the refund. I did that, and still have not had a response. The customer care is very poor and I am still due a refund from the 20th of December!

I have purchased several dresses from Needle & Thread for my daughter's wedding. I kept one that I liked the most and return the rest of the dresses using N@T return process. I have received some refunds. However, one refund has not been processed for over four weeks now. I have contacted their customer service but so far they have not resolved the issue. They advised that my issue had been forwarded to their warehouse as a priority and have replied to one of my other reviews but I still have not received the refund. I hope I do not have to write more of those bad reviews (which I definitely will) before this issue is resolved.

I was concerned that I may have missed out on the Black Friday deal being offered because I used their try before you buy service, so I contacted their customer service. They reponded quickly and assured me I would still be able to get the discount. I received the dress that is absolutely beautiful, and which I will be wearing to get married in. I also received the promised discount and couldn't be happier.

The most amazing experience. Customer care are always on hand for help and advice. Dress is wonderful so well made and absolutely beautiful, I couldn't be happier. Well deserved 5 stars 🌟
