I had ordered my dress using the Try Before You Buy service (which was so handy and straightforward,) and had a few questions/requests I needed to contact customer service over. Each time I reached out I received a response the same day from Raymond, who was incredibly helpful. (To clarify, there were no issues with the order, I had reached out firstly because I needed to update my payment card, and then also because I had seen a Black Friday discount was being offered shortly after I had ordered the dress but before I had paid for it, and I had asked if this could be applied. Both of which were resolved super quickly and simply, which was very much appreciated!) So nice to receive friendly and efficient customer service (and from a real person who can help, rather than an AI chat!) Also, the dress itself is gorgeous and really beautiful quality, I love it. Thank you!

Great ‘try before you buy’ scheme. Easy to use and no big outlay of money until you’ve got the right dress! As it happened first dress was perfect! Would definitely use again. Needle & thread have sorted me for 2 daughters weddings. For someone who hates clothes shopping I’m very grateful!
