Quick delivery, gorgeous dresses, infuriating returns process

I’m in the process of looking for a wedding dress, I love N&T, unfortunately half the dresses I liked weren’t available in my size so I joined the waiting list and decided I would order some similar ones to try, N&T do offer a try before you buy service but you have to return within 5 days, and I couldn’t guarantee that would work for me. So I ordered 3 dresses, and spent over £1000. The dresses arrived really quickly and the dresses themselves were all beautiful, the craftsmanship was amazing and the quality was great, I did size up, so unfortunately they were too big on me, so needed to be returned. I found information on returns a little tricky to find, but the Royal Mail process itself is really simple and I had the tracking number so I know they received it 2 days after it was sent, and then nothing, 3 marketing emails every day, but naught to suggest that my refund was in the works. I’m extremely anxious, and it would have been nice to have some correspondence, considering the amount of money involved. They do state refunds will be processed within 10 working days, I rang 11 days after delivery, and was rather curtly reminded it had only been 8 working days, my bad, but funnily enough I got an email an hour later to say it was being processed. I’ve done a few refunds in my quest for ‘the dress’ and this is by far the most off putting, anxiety inducing ‘customer service’ I’ve come across, i did get a notification today to tell me one of the dresses I really loved is back in stock but I’m debating ordering.

Did not deliver within the stated time frame. I opened a credit card dispute to get my money back. When the item finally delivered I immediately returned it. They refuted my dispute, I got charged again, and Needle and Thread will not issue a refund. Despite the fact my credit card closed the dispute they are saying there is still an open dispute. I have been told by my credit card this has no bearing on whether they can issue a refund or not. I am out of my money and the merchandise. STAY AWAY. I have been dealing with this issue for months.

Refunds take over a month

I bought 3 dresses, which took a week to come. I tried them on briefly and returned in the 14 days, they took OVER A MONTH to refund me, ignoring the follow up emails I sent asking where it was in the process entirely. Their poor customer service left me worried that the package was stolen, stressed that they would refuse the refund, and overall anxious about loosing hundreds of pounds. Beware, they took over a month for my refund, they may do the same to you. They do not tell you they have received the package and you get no updates. The products are luxury prices but their service is abysmal and they should be ashamed. I will never shop her again. Hundreds of pounds I was willing to spend, I just didn’t like the fits. I even picked a wedding dress I liked, but they’ve lost a customer and I will tell everyone I meet how poor this company is. Luxury goods are not luxury if you don’t have service. They’re supposed to serve you, but it’s the other way around here! You pay them and they’ll give you as little effort and time as possible. Just shocked they didn’t respond to me at all, they just don’t care about their customers!

Disappointed with the Quality of My Wedding Dress

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of my wedding dress from Needle & Thread. I wore the dress for just a few hours and had stored it in an organic cotton dress bag, hanging on a hanger prior to my wedding. After wearing it, I noticed that a significant number of sequins had fallen off and there was a hole in the sleeve of the dress. This is disappointing quality for such an expensive dress. Needle & Thread claims that I stored the dress incorrectly. They argue that such a heavy dress should be stored in a box, which was not mentioned when I received the package from the brand. Regardless, there should not be a hole in the sleeve of the dress, as the sleeve itself is not heavy. The hole did not even occur at a seam. This explanation cannot be used for this part of the dress. Overall, I am not satisfied with my purchase and the customer service provided by Needle & Thread. I expected better quality for the price I paid.

MAGNIFICENT dress!

I bought the Lana Round Neck Gown in Coral. It was delivered on time and beautifully wrapped and boxed. I wore it to my son’s wedding and I felt like a princess!!! I got so many compliments. My husband, family and friends said that, besides the beautiful bride of course, I was the belle of the ball. This is the second dress I have bought from Needle & Thread which is now my ultimate favourite for my next purchase to an occasion!

Achtung keine Rückerstattung erhalten obwohl ich das Kleid zurück gesendet habe. Sie haben ein Bild gesendet von Make-Up Flecken die anscheinend von mir sein sollen. Das Bild zeigt meiner Meinung ein anderes Kleid, war nur ein kleiner Ausschnitt. Sie haben die Rückerstattung abgelehnt und wollten mir das Kleid wieder senden, habe es nun 2 Monate später noch nicht bekommen! Bin Stinksauer! Abzocke! Das Kleid hat 500€ gekostet...

Rubbish returns

Rubbish returns. No communication at all to say returns received and when to expect a refund. Currently waiting for £2685 to be returned. Lovely dresses but for such an expensive shop I would have expected an email like almost every other single store does. No replies to email asking for confirmation. Used their tracked 48 labels.
