Yet Again more attempts to email this…

Yet Again more attempts to email this company to create a return. No response by emails. Telephone number is dead. Head Office number permanently engaged. How on earth do I send this parcel back ? All attempts have failed . Please be warned NOT to order from this company. I am in tears and do not know where else to go with this.

Really wished I’d read the…

**Update** well after 9 days since they’ve received my return the refund has now hit my credit card. Not sure if this could be down to the repeated emails or opening a dispute via my credit card company but I’ve got it & I won’t ever use Needle & Thread again… Really wished I’d read the reviews before ordering a wedding dress from them… I actually received the dress fairly quickly but couldn’t even get the dress on the sizing is tiny (and this was a 16!). Anyway contacted them about returning for a refund, they replied the next day saying to return via UPS. So attached the returns sticker & took to my nearest UPS drop off point. Checked tracking & it was delivered to them on 26/1/22, still no refund. Have emailed them today to chase it but now after reading the posts on here it looks like I’m in for a battle for my own money… I ordered dresses from other retailers at the same time & have had refunds no problem from them. Will never order from these again & if I don’t hear about my refund asap I’ll be contacting my credit card provider to do section 75 as I can’t afford to write off £175!!!!! Avoid avoid avoid 🤬

Poor delivery and even worse customer service

Paid for next day delivery, needed dress for wedding. Was not delivery as needed - utterly disappointed. I could forgive this issue if the company responded to me, they have dreadful customer service - they simply ignore your emails! I will be returning the item and won't be buying from N&T again based on poor customer service. I would be willing to retract this review if my complaint was dealt with appropriately, time will tell!

Really poor experience

Really poor experience. The refund process is very slow and the dresses aren’t exactly cheap. Can’t get hold of any customer service, via phone, email or twitter. Won’t be using again.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever, order placed 12 days ago and not delivered. Alleged customer helpline continually engaged, no reply on messenger. Email reply a standard response. Guided to contact courier, courier says contact them, tracking number not recognised. No one at Needle and Thread contactable, hence this desperate attempt. Really appalling. Better service from high street stores.

Avoid - will not give you a refund

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I make many purchases online and I have only ever left bad reviews of 3 companies - Needle and Thread being one of them. Do not order if there is the smallest chance that you want a refund. They never get back to you, cannot get through on the phone and I have tried to contact them on all social media. They received my refund on the 17th November and it is now 20th December and still nothing. Disgraceful service and the clothes are not cheap! It is not worth the hassle.

AVOID - gaslighting, horrible company

Nasty staff, woefully bad customer service, horribly distressing experience. Expect to beg and beg for your refund after following the returns process to the letter and seeing that your return has been safely delivered to them. Expect to be treated like scum while they make no attempt to help you until you spend two days phoning and emailing and nearly resorting to contacting to their CEO. Vile company, will never shop with them again and I hope nobody else does either. The whole staff need re-training in customer service and treating people like human beings. I hope they are more pleasant people in life than they are in work. Probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I would've given 0 stars but it wasn't an option - they can have 1 star for using mostly cardboard/paper and minimal plastic when packing their orders. Delivery is slow - it takes a while to get your order but I don't think that's too big a deal personally. Dresses are beautiful but sizing is odd - I'm a 10-12 on top and 12 on bottom with very petite shoulders and the dresses wouldn't fit my shoulders. All in all, a waste of time and a huge amount of distress caused. Best of luck to anyone who deals with them in future as I doubt they'll learn from this experience because they just don't care.

Purchased the Abigail Rose Gown in a size 10. I normally wear between a size 6-8, but have had past experience with luxury retailers and have found their sizes to often fit smaller. Needless to say,I was right! Size 10 fit perfectly, not to snug just nicely fitted. Size 8 would have been too small. To be safe, I suggest buying a size up. I received an email immediately after my purchase notifying needle and thread confirmed my payment and would email me again when delivery was made. After 3 days I was then notified by email of delivery. Received my beautiful dress after 1 week of purchase. The dress is just as it was displayed in the company advertisement, material quality is great. Given the cost, I was happy on all aspects. I have seen some reviews which initially concerned me, but my personal experience was a good one. Highly recommend your next purchase here!
