Having searched for months I finally have my perfect Mother of the Bride dress and it’s perfect! My Daughter is getting married in Cyprus so I didn’t want anything too traditional or formal and my beautiful ‘rose ruffle bluebell’ dress fits the bill perfectly. I had to go a size bigger which I’ve learnt is normal for designer so do keep that in mind. Initially the wrong length was delivered but the customer service was amazing. I’d run very short on time but the replacement was sent immediately - before I’d even returned the wrong one. I’ve never experienced this anywhere else but Needle & Thread really understand things from a customer’s perspective. I’d ordered other dresses too, from which to make my choice - the returns process was very easy as there’s a return label included in the box and refunds are actioned quickly unlike other places I’ve ordered from who want to hang on to your money for as long as possible. Even the box that the dress comes in, is beautiful and it’s all carefully wrapped in tissue inside, just adds to the experience of buying from a premium brand. A bit surprised by the negative reviews below, but maybe the company was scaling up at the time and hadn't yet put a proper customer service team in place? Who knows? In any case, my experience with Needle & Thread was very good. I found a very affordable but high-quality dress for my wedding on their website. It was non-traditional but still special and elegant, ready-to-wear right out of the box. The dress was comfortable, shines in photos, and will always feature in my memories of the day. I also like the company's stated mission to be socially responsible. I also bought two other dresses from the company that I returned within the refund window: I was refunded promptly and I also interacted with a customer service rep over email who helped me understand the process and their policies. Quick note of caution: I will say that the dress's delicate bead-work and embroidery does come off easily if you're not extremely careful, and I was told by the dry cleaner that it is too risky to dry-clean. This is fine for me because I really only needed the dress for my wedding day, but it's worth knowing if you're looking for something durable and long-lasting.

Their return policy is only 14 days, which is much lass than most retail companies. I was returned the dress after the 14 days so they gave me a store credit. Almost all of their clothes are for formal or semi-formal events. Since I rarely ever attend those type of events, the only thing I could find that I would wear is a sweater. I bought it with the store credit but it is less than the dress. They refuse to refund the difference. If you use them make sure you are aware of their return policy.

What a shame. Delivered damaged goods, which we returned within the 14 day advertised window, and are refusing now to reimburse us as we did not email them to tell them their goods they sent were damaged (no instruction to do so but apparently its buried on their FAQs somewhere). Scam artists, disgrace, do not order from them.

Bad quality and charge €36 for returns!!!
