It was amazing
It was amazing. My impressions got lost in the mail and they immediately sent me a new set. Just got my retainers in and they fit like a glove. They are a lot stronger than the ones I got from my ortho and those were 400! Thank you for helping me keep my smile at a decent price.

Worst customer service
Worst customer service. Sent me the wrong item but wouldn’t even take it back. The box still unopened. They said sorry we can’t do nothing. You can’t just take someone’s money for sending them wrong things. That’s so unethical and very poor business specially starting a new one.
