The case provided is not as pictured. It is described as a “premium case”, but the case sent to me is just a cheap plastic. I also ordered cleaning tablets which were not delivered.

The amount of time it took to get the aligners was fast. However, having a hard time for them to stay in they keep wanting to pop out.

It took 2 months to get my retainer

It took 2 months to get my retainer . I had to e-mail the new company to get my retainer. I didn’t know another company took over. After I emailed them the response was quick and received my retainer two weeks later. The new retainer fit better than the old one and easier to remove.

Ordered retainers a more than month and 1/2 ago. Received the impression kit promptly and returned them. A month after getting an email that they received them, I followed up with them. I was told they hadn't even checked my impressions yet. After checking in again about a week later they said they are working on them. As of today, I still have no product to review but can tell you the service is terrible.

Definitely would have been a 5 star if it wasn’t for the retainers cutting the inside of my mouth.

Not happy

The retainers themselves fit. But all the edges are very sharp and my tongue is now very sore after wearing them all night. I am not happy with this and considering what I paid you should do better. I would either like another set or a refund. If this is the cushion fit-you can keep them and send me a regular pair.

Not good

There were no updates about where my set was. I was told that it would take 2-3 weeks and it took 2 months and I got no information about it. I haven't gotten my set yet but I am honestly concerned because if it was anything like the communication, I feel like the set won't be very good. This was supposed to be "convenient" but it was anything but that.
