Teeth don’t fit they are too large on the bottom and incorrectly aligned for the top. I am not impressed. I’m asking a replacement or refund.

These products are obscenely overpriced, particularly for a company that is doing little more than holding data from another failure of a business venture. The additional offerings are embarassing. $25 for a 4 pack of lip balm? Are you kidding me? And then acting like its "52% off." This company is as much of a joke as smile direct was. I wish I had never gotten mixed up with this garbage.

Title: Disappointing Experience with Retainers I recently received a set of retainers and I have to say, my experience has been less than satisfactory. Right out of the box, the fit was not what I expected. Instead of the snug, comfortable fit I was hoping for, the retainers felt bulky and ill-fitting, which led to some serious discomfort. One of the most frustrating issues was the sharp edges of the plastic. Instead of a smooth, seamless design, the retainers had rough spots that cut into the inside of my mouth, making it painful to wear them. I found myself constantly adjusting them, trying to alleviate the discomfort, but it was a losing battle. I ended up with sore spots and irritation that made it difficult to eat or even speak properly. I believe that the manufacturers really need to address these design flaws. Softer edges would go a long way in preventing cuts and discomfort. Additionally, the fit should be more tailored to ensure that the plastic wraps around the teeth perfectly. Every mouth is different, and a bit more attention to detail in the fitting process could make a significant difference in comfort. Overall, I was hoping for a positive experience with my retainers, but instead, I found myself dealing with pain and frustration. I would recommend that anyone considering these retainers look for options that prioritize comfort and fit, as this particular experience left much to be desired.

Happy Customer

I wasn’t sure where I was going to get my retainers when the previous company went out of business. Then, out of the blue, I received an e-mail that I could get my retainers here!! The first set didn’t fit, it had been a few years and teeth shift. They sent me an impression kit (no cost to me) and within a few weeks, I have my new retainers that fit perfect. Thank you, I’m thrilled!!!

No teeth, No worries

The retainers were made so tight that when I took them out, it pulled out all my teeth. Now I don't have any teeth to worry about.

Fair, but not great. Grade: C-

This set of retainers seems more sturdy than the last set. However, they are not trimmed to the outline of the teeth, and there are jagged edges where they are trimmed. The only way I could put these in my mouth is if I trim them more and sand off the jagged edges. So not very satisfied with the result.

Placed the order and saw everything was moving forward and now the USPS package is still waiting the be released and picked up for several days. Been sitting in Nashville for 3 days now. You did make sure to get the subscription up and running though.
