The retainer didn't fit again. This time, the two back right molars are bigger but the ones before the gap are still too small and don't let the retainer snap in.

Much better feel with the comfort cut!
These fit well and don't have the excess material that my old ones had. Tighter and more comfortable.

The company continues to send the wrong size retainers after multiple requests

Unhelpful customer service
Unhelpful customer service. In a set of 2 retainers, one of them belonged to the wrong person. Instead of sending me the correct one, they made me re-do the whole impression process. After all that, the new retainer doesn't fit correctly on the back molars, so they're hanging off.
