Haven’t tried any of the products yet, as my order hasn’t reached me. I had a problem using a promo code and customer service responded quickly to my e-mail and solved the problem in their reply. Good customer service from my experience

Do not buy from Snow!

I placed an order Nov 27 and have not received it and it’s mid March! I was charged $370.75 . They sent out an order to me in Feb 2024 that was not even close to what my original order was and they charged me $230. Remind you, this was their fulfillment, I did not request this. Then they sent me out another shipment which was free and also has nothing to do with my original order. 6 serums and 2 whirltening strips. I got plenty of that in the previous order. I have tried endless times, text/emailed multiple people and showed them my bank statements where I was charged and tracking for first order showing not sent and STILL can not get a credit.

Item arrived damaged. Multiple emails to support are unanswered, link to return portal doesn’t work, can’t reach anyone on their phone number. Company is a total scam!

I placed this order on November 20th…

I placed this order on November 20th 2023. It's now March 11th 2024 when they came. this is totally unacceptable, these boxes came damage and i checked the expiration date and it literally expires in a couple of weeks. this is not right at all. I've spent a lot of money.
