2 years ago I ordered a parcel from Snow Teeth Whitening and never received my order. Clearing old e-mails I stumbled upon correspondence from Snow asking how I am experiencing their product. Having explained in short what has concurred I immediately received help in order to correct the loss. The customer service was impeccable and a true testament to Snow’s drive to be unmatched.

Dreadful service; still waiting for my order 5 weeks after purchase. Contacted customer service on numerous occasions and sent a link to the courier, which always says its in transit. I have been offered vouchers to spend money on further products. Dont take orders if you cannot deliver within the stated time Really poor service The additional information you requested was submitted. I wasted another afternoon trying to contact you through the BOT, without success. I also sent an email, but it is still no further forward. Shame you cannot lower the star rating!

So far so good my wireless set broke and i have been offered a replacement as long as i get it i will be very very happy email was answered very quickly which i appreciate

BUYER BEWARE! This company automatically signs you up for a subscription without any obvious indication that that is the case. They will send you products you did not order, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach them. There is no way to actually get into a live chat, and i have emailed this company 3 times with zerio response. I am going from writing this message after recieving my 3rd unasked for order after 3 emails asking for my money to be returned and for my unauthorized subscription to be cancelled, to report this company to the better business bureau to issue a formal complaint. Not only that, but the products I did order, under the assumption that i was ordering ONE TIME, do not do anything that they say the do. My teeth are no whiter, they do not freshen your breath, the mouthwash is the volume of a can of soda, and the water pic is not remotely powerful enough to replace flossing by any stretch. Save your money, this is a world full of toothpaste and other teeth products, and a lot of them work and don't force you to buy their products without permission.
