Fixed my problem right away!

I ordered the diamond teeth whitening kit and got some free items. When I got my snow package the only things I got were the free items. Then Snow reached out to see if I received everything when they found out I did not they fixed it immediately! I will definitely purchase from snow again.

Horrible Service!!!!

I used ApplePay for my order, not realizing that would not allow me to use the 20% off promo code. I emailed customer service to ask about a way to refund the 20% since the promo code was still good. I was told no, but that I could use it on my next order. That is horrible service in my opinion since I would not have bought it at full price. Wil be returning for FULL refund once I receive it and finding a brand that values its customers better.

I'm here to update my review. They contacted me when they said they would and the communication there on out was quick. I returned the item and got a refund minus shipping. I hope they will get better with responding to customers post purchase. When they do this, they can avoid negative reviews and lack of trust from potential customers. I needed to return and saw items I'll like to purchase but this put a bad taste in my mouth. I believe they are a good company but will be even better with better customer care post purchase. Previous 1 star review: Beware!!!!!!!!!!! after you purchase you are completely ignored if you have any issues. No response however you try to reach out. I am trying to get my unused, unopened product returned and no response to date after trying to email, used the website contact or call. I was thinking of purchasing other items from this site but because I'm being ignored with this purchase/poor customer service, I will never purchase again!!! Just as you invest in your excessive ads, invest in more customer service and show you care not just for a sale, but for your customer to get decent timely feedback to their concerns. A lot of things are time sensitive, like your return policy (30 days) and your 60 day money back guarantee. How does this work when people are waiting for over a month or two for a response from your non existent customer service. Please don't send me no copy and paste response here on trustpilot. Answer your emails instead!!!

I bought a wireless kit and it got damaged less than a year. I have sent so many chats and email for 2weeks now and still not a single reply. Can anyone pls help????

I love me new snow toothbrush

I love me new snow toothbrush. I love the timing of the 4 quadrants. Bristle are not to hard like a previous one I used. I love the white and Pink look in my bathroom.

A very satisfied customer

After exactly one year of using my Snow whitening device I was unable to turn it on. I contacted customer service, and although it took a few days to get back to me, they promptly agreed to send me a new device. I am very satisfied!

They never sent me my product or refunded me the return amount. Ignored my emails. It was a black Friday sale purchase, and still waiting to here back from them after numerous attempts.

Amazing customer service from Cy!

I've been a Snow user since 2020 and I love their teeth whitening kit as it really does work wonders. Recently in Dec 2023, I purchased their starter stocking, and was excited to try this range. I was aware that it was during the holiday season as anticipated a delay in shipments. Close to a month later in Jan 2024, I reviewed my order again and the product was still processing. Reached out to snow support via email and there was no response. Then again in early Feb I followed up again but still nada. Thankfully, there was IG! I remembered back in 2020, I reached out to Snow's IG and their response was much quicker so gave that a shot again. And they defo didn't disappoint! Huge shout out to Cy for your help! I messaged on 8th of Feb and I received my items on the week of 20th of Feb. Given that I'm based in Singapore, this is a real fast overseas shipment. Thank you for the mystery gift thrown in as well! If only more CS peeps were like this, the world will defo be a better place! Continue to do what you do 🫶🏽
