SENT OUT OF DATE WHITENING STRIPS

Order #1412594 Ordered teeth whitening strips, which arrived last week. On the box it says expires 04/2024 - on the strips expiry date is 09/2023!!! I have been sent out of date products! Paid a lot of money for them. Emailed Snow for replacement- no reply! Very disappointed. Check expiry dates is my advice. Standards have really slipped. Products take weeks to arrive, used to come within 10 days. Snow - Please respond to my emails and do the right thing and send me strips which are in date! Wish I could put the photos here.

Would give zero stars if possible Horrendous experience. I ordered on 9th December 2023 and was told my order was being shipped to the UK on 19th December 2023. As of today, my order still hasn’t arrived and since the start the tracking number provided has not worked. I sent 4 emails in January and each one has been ignored by the customer service team. Appalling customer service. Do not buy from Snow if you live outside the USA as it seems like they do not care about their customers and ignore them despite the website stating they respond within 48 hours…..yet to receive a response to my first email sent 28th December!! Will NEVER place an order with them again and advise others not too either!

I wish there is a rating star less than 1! This is what this company deserves. Placed an order on December 26, 2023. Order no 1392859. Total paid $310.84. I waited endlessly to get an update other than “Thanks for your order”. Made excuses for them because it was holiday season so didn’t reach out until second or third week in January (I have all screenshots). Note this company does not have any customer representative you can speak with, they have what is meant to be chat support but it eventually goes to leave a message and someone will respond in few minutes. Well no one responded, followed up several days after. Also weeks after, there was no response. At this point I was convinced I had be scammed and they continued to market endlessly on social media with offers for customers to buy. I eventually received the mail below on January 30. We appreciate your patience as we navigated through unforeseen shipping delays to fulfill your order of our Daily Toothpaste Whitening Booster Gel. You can expect delivery of the gel within the next four weeks (approximately 2/27/24). Please contact us at subject line: “Refund” if you prefer a refund for your order. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, Snow Cosmetics Customer Support. I responded to this stating their poor customer service, also stating that this one unavailable product was one of the several items orders. My response subject was REFUND as indicated in their mail. I included screenshots of all the items ordered. Well surprisingly I got another mail on February 1st stating my order shipped! All the items included in the box including the one they claimed wasn’t available and won’t be for four weeks! I responded requesting they immediately cancel the shipping or send a return label as their act was clearly manipulative. I did not get a response. Sent a follow the day the box arrived, still no response till date! Tried returning online, got notification that orders placed over 30 days couldn’t be returned! Tried canceling the rest of my subscription “ERROR 404!” Please avoid and do not fall for this scam! I will continue trying to cancel subscription or change my card completely.

I ordered on November 15, 2023. As of today, February 8, 2024, my order is incomplete. I am still missing an item - the Diamond kit. This is the item I actually wanted to try, but at this point, I doubt I'll ever receive it. What I have received - whitening strips, postbiotics microbiome mouthwash, nano-hydroxyapatite toothpaste, advanced vitamin infused whitening toothpaste, color correcting tablets, brightening serum - has done absolutely NOTHING for my teeth. Snow has my order marked "unfulfilled" so I am unable to submit for a return via thir return portal. Shady business. I have demanded a refund but of course, no response. They haven't responded to my messages in over a month.

They will take your money, then ghost you.

I made a substantial order (almost 200usd) on December 22nd and the order has yet to be dispatched today on February 8th. Anytime I contacted customer service on their website, my messages were left on "seen". Emails sent to their support were also ignored. The only time I got any response was via Instagram DM three weeks ago. But despite the officier renewing the order as the first was "stuck in fulfillment" I still have not heard from them. Now the person on Instagram is also leaving me on read. I fear I will need to contact my bank and see what they can do on their end to cancel the charge but since it was made over two months ago... Things might get complicated. Things must have changed behind the scene because this is my second order, and they had always been great and efficient before. Maybe the company is going under. Don't buy from their website.

Missing the main item

My order arrived, but the main item was missing. Try to reach out to support via email and online chat, waited many days, and still no response. I file a complaint with BBB. Don't get ripped off.
